So this definitely caught my eye. Partly because it was very grimdark looking, and partly because it shared a lot of attributes with what I've been writing. That was particularly interesting, so I wanted to see what you were doing and honestly, I have no idea what you're trying to write here.
This story is really dark and brutal, which I truly do love, but it's almost feels like you're putting 'horrify the audience' before 'write a good story' on your priorities list. It had a lot of cool concepts but it has a fair bit of telly-ness and a shallow plot that kind of dried it up and flattened the experience. I just can't picture this world that you've built, because its so unbelievable. Keep at it though. You've got some brilliant ideas hiding in here.
Also, I ran into a few errors. Thought you may want to fix them.
