Truthfully I thought someone should have nipped it in the bud especially after the dragon greed incident. He hadn't even entered dragon puberty and yet they let him believe in something that never going to happen.

Yeah scootaloo parents were neglectful when it came to their daughter. She was a child which meant she should had an adult looking after her but except for aunts who visited from time to time they had no clue what was happening in their daughter life. When she joined the washouts she needed an adult in charge of her to keep from almost getting herself badly hurt or worse killed. Yet except for rainbow nobody noticed how wrong it was for a child to being doing something so dangerous to the point of signing a permission slip.

The fact that the only pony outside of her aunts that shown they cared about Scootaloo was realy Rainbow Dash is a major point in the matter. The fact that most laws require legal guardians to sign release form or matters like "GETTING HER BUCKING TESTED FOR MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS!!!!!!!" or get out of the hospital after getting hurt from one of the many dangerous things she does almost daily. Yeah... they'd be locked up in the USA.

Yep. I love how you made it possible for responsible adults to be in charge of scootaloo. The fact was in the show that was a mistake. It was one thing when applebloom was left alone for a day cause the adults were supposed to be back at the end of the day but scootaloo is left alone most of the time with no adult supervision.

I completely agree. And the fact the show even says she's left home alone each night and most of every day makes it worse. Not to mention the end of the episode shows how much the town loves the CMC, you'd think they would have done more than "check in on her". Apple Bloom might have got stuck with a helicopter sister, and Sweetie might have got parents that think burnt food is good. At least they had responsible ponies living with her. I thought I'd do rewrite where she either is declared an adult(which surpriseingly is legally possible in the US supported with every she has done in the show)., put in protective custody or get adopted. The outcome is yet to be determined.

Yeah the most responsible thing anyone did for her in the show was try to stop her from joining the washouts and getting badly hurt or killed but the writers failed her by letting her go through with it. When everyone is telling you something is stupid it might be worth considering if they are right but instead they try show how mature she by ignoring them and and if rainbow hadn't been there she would have been badly hurt or killed. Mature would have been her finding a way to overcome her flight issues. Like wheelchairs and braces help people with disabilities get around. These things didn't always exist but people chose to work to make a difference in These problems. Scootaloo could have done the same thing

If you ask me, it would have been more fitting that Twilight(being a princess she would have the authority) would have stepped in and put her protective custody or under Rainbow Dash's custody. Or the mayor steps in(having been placed in charge of the town and knew about Scootaloo's situation from the start) and do the same(having seen the same things as Twilight and more).

Well they are already in trouble for ignoring the first message and for rainbow I can't guess if she in trouble or not without more information. As for the prince if rainbow doesn't return within a few days he will go investigate with the girls most likely. He will probably place scootaloo temporarily in the care of someone trustworthy like the teacher until he gets back and take care until custody is decided. As for twilight getting the guy they already seem good for each other. The seeds of love are planted now it up to time to see if can bloom.

Maybe fluttershy if you can get her out her shell. Aj and rainbow are too filled with pride for getting beyond friends in my book and pinkie is part draconis considering how crazy unpredictable she is. Rarity would probably be too busy looking at the crown to see beyond it. We all hope to meet our prince but we also remember reality as well and she forgot that ingredient when it came to love.

Keep in mind that RD prefers the chance to stick by those she considers friends before her pride. Even if he's a noble, I feel she'd start showing off, but eventually see him as a coach, as they get closer see him as more. AJ would likely see him mostly as a noble and customer. Depending on how things go would depend on how her feelings would change. And yes. I agree that Rarity would see the crown first. But after BlueBlood... that would be short lived. She'd likely start wanting to be his personal stylist. Maybe more depending on how that went. Fluttershy would be a nice choice. But he'd have to move past her being a cute, timid kind mare. And Pinkie is Pinkie. So can't say much on her.
So out of the main six... Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow and maybe Fluttershy or Rarity would be the likely potential partners for him.

That is possible. But it'd be closer to her thoughts of StarSwirl. Each time he's mentioned or is near him(before the final conflict with the pony of shadows), she tends to start losing herself. From what the diary says. It was even worse for him. So it is possible that she either didn't hear the request, it didn't process, or she was distracted... or simply ignored it. All possibilities she has shown to do at times throughout the show.

Well. Her memories are coming back. So there is a chance to learn more about how things were between them. And if her feelings do return in full force. There is a chance to see what she was like too. It looks like it Considering she did the same to twilight and she was there when they met as kids and it would be a huge coincidence if all the children who became the element bearers couldn't remember meeting a prince when they were children because different people used the same spell.
