Geez, so this is a fan-made reason on making Trixie to resent Twilight for what happened? Because if it is, damn!
This is very dark and tragic.
Is this story supposed to include Twilight's friends (Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity), or is it supposed to include the main ponies from the G5 series (Sunny, Izzy, Hitch, Zipp, and Pipp)? Because if it's the former and not that latter, then you need to change the Mane 5 character tag to Main 6.
Seriously, mods, this is why I'm insisting those two tags need to be better clarified, so that newcomers like this guy won't keep making this silly mistake.

As for the future; How would meeting of Celestia again go? Considering what happened.
And how would the future Mane Five help and forgive Twilight, despite not being their in the incident?

As for Trixie's appearance. The mansion isn't actually real, it was just an illusion created by her to lore Spike in. That's why Twilight had that feeling of being watched when she was walking down the mud trail. Trixie was watching them the whole time. Trixie was watching from afar.
As for the tags, I messed up. The main 6 aren't gonna show until after this arc. Sunset Shimmer will probably be in the next chapter, and Starlight will appear much, much later. I wished that the tagging system was a bit longer.
I know this doesn't really make sense, but please bear with me.
Is there anything I could change or fix to make this chapter better? I'm young and quite new at writing in general so... yeah.

Oddly enough, in this universe. Discord was never turned to stone. And also, Draconequuses exactly exist far beyond Equestria, and they only know Discord as a myth. Though, I'll explain more about them in a future chapter.

I don't know, it seems to me that we need reliable reasons why Twilight's parents died. For example, Trixie's rival decided to teach Twilight a lesson by scaring her into breaking her spell. However, it turned out the other way around, the sudden influx of magic created a powerful flash, bringing down the room. Only she and Trixie survived. Trixie's father protected her by sacrificing himself. It looks like it is convincing, it is quite possible that this could happen.

It isn't much anyway. Considering she lost a dad. BUT, doesn't excuse her for being a murderer on a random innocent to get the alicorn amulet. And then going after Twilight's siblings that have nothing to do with the bloody "incident".

Well, she did say that she wanted Twilight to suffer. But, I agree with you, that does not excuse what she did.
The reason she doesn't is because she can't forgive herself and she didn't fully tell spike the truth because she didn't want him to hate her as much she hated herself. Celestia really should have help twilight years ago considering this was a tragedy but certainly not something anyone wanted to happen.
I feel bad for Spike. Firstly, those annoying Timberwolves.

As for Trixie, WTF is she trying to be? A delusional extremist against magic of all things, what!? Is she trying to act like Cozy Glow on "stealing all the magic" kind of thing?

Magic itself doesn't have a mind of it's own, or has malicious intent.
Personally, I don't usually blame the gun itself or the sword in a tragic event. Their frickin objects. They don't have legs, go around and kill random people by itself.
The full blame goes to the insane people that uses them for malicious/evil intent with them.
Just as that the gun and sword can be used for good by law enforcement, the military, or the noble knights/royal guard.
You see where I'm going with this?
Plus, she is a damn hypocrite, considering she is a all-powerful unicorn that is more dangerous pony than Twilight herself. ( Considering that Twilight didn't want to use her magic for a long time. )
As for the author, when will either Celestia ( Where she can finally take down Trixie herself. And actually HELP Twilight with mental/emotional help. ), or the Mane Five show up to help Twilight and Spike? And get the real main story for this fic going?

As for Trixie, it's quite obvious that's she's delusional and truly thinks she's in the right, while in reality, she's not. That's what I was trying to show here.
