The phantom

The girls led me to the cellar, “Open up, Sunset!” yelled Applejack. “ We’re your friends. We brought you a woman to help ya,”

The door creaked opened. There was a sad melody playing on a guitar.
“Sunset, please,” begged Rainbow Dash. “We’re not gonna hurt you. Please. Take down your hood.”

A pair of cyan eyes stared at me. The dark figure put down her hood.

A bush of unkempt red-gold hair was revealed. Her face was hidden by a white mask. A pair of red horns were upon her hair.

But why did she wear a mask? I pulled off her mask impulsively. She screamed. I had seen her before. In my dreams.

After our rather strange duet, she put on her mask. I understood why she hid her face.
