I think theres one Equestria TTG that has Jack of All Trades, and one mainstream TTG that Ive had a go at where selecting JOOT lets you handle a whole range of events due to that one point effective taking off the 50% debuff on a non trained ability, and the other one meant carefully applied point distribution over training meant reinforcing between different abilities ended up maxing out all the skills before character level was reached.

That is, if there are more skills than there are points to activate, and JOOT takes all the points, then at the low tiers especially gives a rather large multiplier. The trick at mid and high tiers is using all those skills to see if there are valid and deific legal ways to totally cheat the system. Or as a good teacher calls it. Be creative.

I'm really interested on this one, but I would reformulate the description of his blessing. like instead of:
"All stat/Skill caps will always max at the average level for a member of this species (70/100)"
I would write something like: "All stats/Skills are now able to reach Journeyman level (70)"
This way the blessing instead of saying "I limited your gains" Says "I rose all your caps to a reasonable level" and the limits are only because of the curse.

Can't say anything about the 'Light-Novels' aspect, but if you check the RGRE group, a good portion of the stories has one or more elements that are kinda repetitive by now. Examples include:

-'X character (be it a stallion or a human/anon) appears in the Everfree Forest. Sometimes the mane 6 will get news of this and try to get the stallion to Ponyville so they can make a herd with him and have lots of sex

-The main character either doesn't give a shit about the social norms of the RGRE universe, or they embrace it because it means mares will do anything for him + free sex. (The problem is that in both cases it is taken to the extreme.)

-Mares are always right. Even if you somehow prove your point, they'll just say 'bullshit' as long as you are male.

-If the male human/anon/pony tries something, it will be either something that mocks the male's 'manliness' or it ends with sex.

-Even when the RGRE universe already implies that males do quite a bit of sex since they have multiple partners, many stories take this to the extreme and make it the absolute focus of the story.

The point is that these elements are, like I said before, repetitive, and they are not done right because many of these stories focus on humor/parodies.

There are a few stories that are great and from the RGRE universe, but sometimes it's hard to find them.

However, from Incognito's attributes, it seems any skill he has, it took twice the effort of a normal person to get there. That can be seen as commendable though, since that does imply he worked twice as hard for someone on an equal skill level.

intelligence is probably high twenties, low thirties at this age, spellcasting at base is prolly low forties, maybe fifty, physical stats are p normal and they probably have a handful of intellect and spellcasting-related attributes, definitely above average for her age.

Being Average at everything means he can do anything without having to fear being inferior in any aspect. Example:
Close quarter combat specialist is usualy bad at range and range fighters are bad at close combat, but he can be equaly good at any affinity
