11142617 Fenris is a slave to her desire to be used, to being degraded. She likes it so much that she's currently willing to go along with whatever Pixel wants from her, tells her to do, as long as she gets satisfaction in the end (uh, so to speak).
But she doesn't really want Pixel — or presumably anyone else — to have that kind of all-encompassing, ultimate power over her. Right now that's all she is, though, all she really exists for. Think of it as being addicted to drugs (or gambling), so much that you'll always do anything to get your next score, and not care who gets hurt along the way (including yourself).
So removing that awful part that she likes (meaning that she is permanently addicted to, in this case) means that Pixel wouldn't have ultimate control over her anymore. That would leave Fenris with the ability to experience desires, but without that blinding "addiction" she could make her own decisions, and hopefully live a more normal life.
At that point, whether or not she would take vengeance on Pixel (which she could do without fear of losing her "fix" source, whoever that would be from one moment to the next) is likely another story. IMO, Pixel is definitely deserving of his own "comeuppance" story.
I didn't quite get the ending.
Is Fenris going to erase the part of her she dislike ? If so, doesn't that mean that she will also get back at Pixel ?
That would be more than deserved in my opinion.
