Of course she does. Most of Ponyville mares do, why else would they live in a town with such high female-to-male ratio? Ponyville is the lesbian capital of Equestria. Which rises some questions of just why Princess Celestia sent Twilight there
And Derpy is a playmare with a harem, into which Rainbow is probably about to be added
