FourShadow

"... okay, I have another plan!"

T

Jedi Master Derpy Hooves embarks on what could be the biggest mission the Baker's Batch and the 197th Battalion have ever faced. This looks like a nice start to me for a Clone Wars story. Really getting the feeling that we're gonna be heading into the final, catastrophic moments of the war soon. Hoo boy... can't wait to see how this will play out, Four!

Wow. This was a busy chapter for sure! I quite enjoyed the brothers' little "chat" so to speak, with the Storm King. Poor Bolt though... and poor Derpy, because I have a pretty good idea of what that's gonna lead into... :twilightoops:

On a lighter note, Derpy's clone armor was a real joy. :yay: I really had fun with her and the troopers going into battle, that was fun!

We seem to end on a good note for now, but I know that this is just the calm before the *real* catastrophe strikes...

Oh damn. That cliffhanger you dropped on us was *evil*. :pinkiecrazy:

Hell of a finale to this story, Four. Nicely done. Very nicely done.

"I don't care how risky it will be, I'm not going to leave him," Derpy said, frowning. She looked at the rest of the troops with concern. "I know we've lost many of our brothers along the way. Not our platoon, but... everywhere. Fives. Waxer. Hardcase. Keeli. Axe. Thorn. And many others. But there's no reason they would just capture a clone unless they had some plan with him, and I for one do not want him experimented. If any of you want to come with me, please say so now. But I should note that if you don't want to, you don't have to. Volunteer only."

Rest in peace, boys.

Excellent chapter. I was loving the battle scenes all the way through. Short, but still full of vivid detail and action. And we got to meet the Storm King, even if it was only for the briefest of times. I've always liked his manic, casual personality and the Robot Chicken lines you snuck in there fit naturally for him. Now they've got the brothers captured and Tempest is in search of an assassin who I have a pretty good guess as to the identity.

Great work and I'll be getting to the next chapter ASAP.

Wow, and now it begins. If I haven't said it before, Derpy was an interesting choice for the lead and it fits amazingly somehow. You write her in a way that is cute, goofy and endearing all at the same time and it really works.

Also, maybe it's the Fallout fan in me but Nevarro sounds like Navarro, one of the Enclave's last holdouts in Fallout 2.

¿And what happend with Anakin Skywalker?
He's not on the Dark Side?
