Yes please continue and yes to further punish Hondo for stealing something as special as Sweetie Belle's first time with Button Mash. She should get pregnant and have to carry the foal to term and experience all the highs and lows of childbirth. Also don't let poor Button suffer the ire of the real Sweetie Belle as he honestly thought Hondo was the real Sweetie Belle, but still have him feel guilty about what he did but Sweetie doesn't hold anything against him and still loves him.
I like this, this is very interesting. I wonder how much this is going to affect Hondo mentally, considering that moment of surrender. Also, I don't really care about whether there is impregnation or not, I just want to see how this goes!...I'm hoping that Button, Sweetie, and Cookie understand and accept what happened in a mature and reasonable fashion. If you get my drift...
I also love Scootaloo being built like Fluttershy is in fanon, that is a twist on the usual trend, and it is given proper consideration, so that is an A+ in my book! I love the classics, but some subversions and/or alternate takes are often a welcome surprise!
You know, this might be one of the most confusing and awkward ways that you could end up meeting your daughter's boyfriend and cheat on your wife...and both at the same time!

Please keep in mind, I know I can be overly critical and negative at times. I can always find something to nitpick, even in the greatest works of literature ever written. Please don't take it personally!
-This story ended up being much better than I was expecting. From reading the description, the setup seemed outlandish and merely the justification for a specific fetish, but the story managed to sell it and make it seem plausible.
-Really messed up section break.

Least Sweetie find out what he did.-- lest.-It would have been fun to see a little bit more at the end while Hondo tries to explain things... or just claims to be a changeling and runs away.
-The sex scene was well paced and satisfying, maybe a tad rushed at the end.
-Nice use of inner conflict and motivation.

Honey drinks the counter drink, but it doesn't work because Honey is pregnant. With an embarrassing situation in the next one, she tries to find a potion to reverse the pregnancy. By a stupid coincidence honey drinks a completely different potion and the chaos begins ...

I did consider not having the 'prank spell' be part of it, but in the end I like the idea of her having to call Sweetie and Rarity 'sister' but as I established, it's a very easy spell to break. You do have to put effort into it, but that's not hard. It's also not altering how she sees any of them. She still thinks of them as her daughters and Cookie as her/his wife, the spell just makes Honey say a different word.
Also no coercion was used at all. That's getting someone to do something by FORCE OR THREATS as the definition for that word states. Cookie made Honey/Hondo a DEAL. A deal Honey could have rejected, and yes I can confirm that if Honey outright said she wouldn't have any of this, Cookie would have been disappointed, but wouldn't have forced Honey to continue being Sweetie's twin. She would have let Hondo go back to normal.

Looks like this person here. Gonna admit a dirty secret, I sorta just looked up anthro Sweetie Belle on Derpibooru and used the first pic that fit the story so... I didn't ask them for permission. This means that one day the artist could come up and tell me to remove these pics from my stories, which will suck as they fit them so well, but well not much I could do at that point.

So I think I understand what you are commenting on, but look. This is a silly Genderbend smut story. While you can certainly have a story like this with a ton of drama, that's not what I like to write.
It's a trope in Genderbend stories that pregnancy makes a sex change permanent. For my story I'm basically seeing it as a fail safe. If Honey changes back while pregnant, the life inside her is snuffed out. Transformation magic has a fail safe to make sure you don't end up killing anyone. (At least Zecora would most certainly want to prevent death with her magic) It's not her fault Hondo became a teenage girl and had unprotected sex and got knocked up. I don't see how she's anti-choice here.
As it is, I'm sure there is an option to 'abort' in Equestria, but it's not a topic I wish to discuss and certainly not something I want to write about.

I personally would argue it actually could be the exact opposite. As Videomaster points out, Equestria would likely have some means of terminating pregnancy and/or preventing fertilization, and that is often a given with this fandom's fiction. This potion isn't explicitly designed for situations like Hondo's, where their given new body is one they don't want to stay in for a while, and the potion has a clear visual cue that it's no longer working as well. In terms of the intended usage, a couple doing something kinky or a single individual having fun with a different body and what else, the pony taking it would presumably either prevent pregnancy or have their partner do precautions if they are having sex, or would want to get pregnant or at least not mind in their different form. That said, even in a case where it is an accident, and the pony might not know they got pregnant, and if the potion did just change them back and obliterate the fertilized egg with it, what would happen if they found out later? Any mare, or stallion who had been a mare even in some cases, would feel a bit sad that they had a chance of having a baby, but because they didn't know, they unintentionally ended that chance. But, with the fail-safe, let's say whatever pony it might be noticed the change, and that it didn't work, and realized what it meant, and had the time to think about whether they really want to have a baby or not. Equestria already means of termination separate from the potion itself would likely still work, and then they can change back just fine, or even if they can't there would be ways around it besides making a new antidote potion (like say, giving Hondo the first potion and having him wear something of his own. Heck, they could even do his original idea with his old swimwear, and it would be like this mishap would have never happened at all). If they really want a baby though, staying in a different body (like say, a mare in the body of another mare, like what Cookie teased Hondo about as a reward if he goes with this) it might be weird, but throughout the whole process, they still have a choice on what they do, rather than accidentally removing something like a chance at pregnancy because they didn't know they had been in the first place or thought having a different body would just prevent it in the first place. The only lack of choice really is that they have to pick between staying in their new body for the pregnancy to happen, or not, which I doubt many would care about either way, since it isn't like ponies take that stuff involuntarily, and the chances of something this crazy are pretty damn slim, and again, Hondo, at least at this moment, would certainly take getting out of that body over having a baby, since, duh, stallion who didn't even mean to become a young mare in the first place, and even then, not being able to immediately change back if he had the potion gives him time to think about it, rather than gulping it down immediately and then having to think about the "what ifs?" after the fact.
