As places go, the Western Wasteland was a good place to grow up with my father-- a ghoul blacksmith who taught me to forge, to fight... But he never told me what he did pre-war, why I'm a hippogriff, or what my life was like before he found me.
Ah, so we now have kirin on the board, and it’s fun to see them explored in the FOE setting, as well as an interesting take on the vow of silence. Also, just a heads up, it looks like the formatting didn’t play nice for the italics in one of the paragraphs (not sure if it’ll show up here in the quote).
“ It does, ” she conveyed, “ You will carry on, and come up against great challenges. Your strength and resolve will be tested, and your limits will be found, but you will persevere. The Kirin ritual was very sweet. This chapter was sad. But the ending was great. Now I'm curious, if we can see Autumns child, maybe we can see Storms sad at some point
