Anyway, well done I say. This rolls into the action pretty quickly, keeps a brisk pace about it, and I do like the justifications the spa sisters came up with when they were deciding between damned if you do and damned if you don't
Everything seems to fit together pretty well too - as it progresses well into sensual domination, I'm not left wondering about the justifications. In other words, this story isn't just 'hey, I'm gonna make these characters do this now'. They ease into things, while at the same time not slowing down the pace of the tale. And hey, they got her consent, so...yeah
As for the sensuality...well, who can resist that breaking down of a figurehead? It seems almost natural to me that a character like Celestia, who, as we've seen from the show, rules a nation of folks who depend on her for even the most base decisions, would gravitate towards a certain type of...'treatment'. The bit about her being 'paid to keep it there' - very nice. She walked out pleased, and you know she's going to be coming back again.
Only thing, if I had to pick something, was that the dialogue felt a tiny bit unnatural. A few more contractions early on perhaps, and a bit of the twins' accents coming through would have put me even more in the moment. I didn't quite follow some of the sentiments, too, such as 'oh, spirits' - never heard anybody say that in MLP before and I'm not sure what spirits they would have been speaking of. But hey, those are total nitpicks. Good work here!

Very well paced. The story has a natural progression that makes it feel like a real event. The hesitation of whether you are pushing your role as a Dom too far, coupled with the fear of failing to satisfy by not going far enough. This was a masterwork of Sublestia. You have gained a follower.
That comment at the end... both the story itself and the authors note. Pure delight.
