It is a niche fetish, though I can't imagine anyone in with the related kink getting much out of this story. I give it even odds that the author is trolling.

This was bad. I mean, I can't tell whether it's a troll fic or a serious fic. Either way, the entire plot of the story is that they eat Mexican food and shit themselves. I'm guessing troll, because of the whole "trip to Mexico" bit.
