Sequels1

T

This story is a sequel to Cheering Section

Thanks to Vice Principal Luna and Dean Cadance, Sci-Twi has now found a new passion in the often misunderstood art form of belly dance. While she has promised to keep quiet about Luna's and Cadance's practice, Twi decides to share her new hobby with her Canterlot High friends...

The second of my Equestria Girls belly dance stories.

Alright, I was hoping to see a sequel to the previous story and I got one! I think the moral of this story is pretty much the same as the previous one: You should never hide your talents to your friends. If they don't accept them, that's their problem. True friends will like you no matter what you do.

Agree with that aesop. Feels like an episode. Well, if EQG gets a tv series.

7543521 Indeed, Twilight's experience in this story does heavily parallel Luna's in Cheering Section. Considering the environment of Crystal Prep, she also has a lot to learn about reaching out for/accepting help from her friends..

7543848 Thanks! Glad that I could capture the feel of an episode.

7544349 I'm surprised that Hasbro has not green-lit an Equestria Girls TV series already!

Yay for fun sequels!

Now you need a Shadowbolt take part, I could imagine it would be someone unexpected like Sugarcoat or Sour Sweet.

7551133 I actually am considering it - a story focusing on one of the Shadow Five who somehow discovers Dean Cadance's secret.

7551699 I'd love to see that!:yay::twilightsmile:

Ever saw YT videos of dogs go crazy seeing their owner(s) again?

The best cover I've seen

“Still, I’ve really got to admire her flexibility.”

Now I'm imagining that this woman has light pinkish gray skin, magenta-and-green striped hair, blue eyes, and freckles.

In other words, when you plant a seed, you never know what might blossom forth.

Lovely story, and yes, the undulations are the hardest part to learn. Ugh, my abs....:twilightsheepish:

Hummus.

Ick.

I mean, seriously; ick!

A paste made from icky, disgusting garbanzo- also called chick peas -beans.

Ick.

I think it's great you made writing pieces to go alongside your artworks. And as someone who's dabbled in belly dancing, myself, it's great to see stories about the dance.

I love this fic! As fan of Sci-Twi, I love how she shows off her belly dancing talent to her friends, which makes them happy, friendship eventually wins once again!

Great job for this story, this is now one of my favorite fics to read!

Thank you very much! :pinkiehappy:

A wonderful follow-up to the first story in this charming series.

“It’s like they couldn’t make up their minds what kinda tale they were tellin’.”

This perfectly describes Star Wars: The Last Jedi - it was trying to be serious, with so many deaths in the beginning and Luke's downfall as a Jedi, but the stupid one-liners and comedic segments (green milk, Canto Byte or whatever, those damn birds, Luke throwing away the lightsaber - his father's lightsaber, lost below Cloud City, and a crucial plot item in the previous film) just utterly wreck any tension it was supposed to build.
Disney Wars is an irredeemable clusterfuck.
