Oh my, that sounds like it would've been a very interesting story
The general idea may be worth revisiting sometime in the future. I mean, the question of what might actually happen if a human with the ability to either create giant monsters ex nihilo or else turn existing living beings into kaiju did end up in the world of magical technicolor ponies is one that could easily have multiple interesting answers, and none of them need to involve Celestia screwing said human over on purpose (which would be a bit out of character for her anyway, I think).
The size question could answer itself if we’re willing to simply accept kaiju creation as a blatant cheat power that just so also happens to conveniently include the ability to return to something like “normal size” -- not only would that mean that the creations/recipients wouldn’t be stuck in full hulked-out mode 24/7 whether they wanted to or not (making them among other things way easier to feed and house), but a giant monster that can just “disappear” again and sneak away is arguably scarier to anything that wants to be its enemy than one that’s just too big to hide and so can easily be tracked wherever it goes.

If you're going to have a "naughty teacher" sex scene, who better? I guess anypony can roleplay it and Twilight or Celestia are also teachers of a sort. But I've already got a story staring each of them. Micro Dreams Do Come True for Celestia and Twilight's Little Plug Pal for Twilight, but I've never written Cheerilee. Part of me doesn't want to tread old ground you know? I also know there are some Cheerilee fans out there and I don't think anyone has ever written a macro/micro story with her before. Don't quote me on that, I'm not certain.
I'm not into it, nor I understand the attraction, but same as you, i like macro/micro, there's people who like hard vore or gore, and so on, and all of those are hard to explain
But by the logic of "if you like foalcon, then you're naturally a pedo irl", then those who like extreme gore should be psychos, for example, yet they are not
Cause the vast majority of people can put a line between fiction and real life
And for those who can't, the problem is definitely not the fiction itself, but it resides within them
(Fun fact, a lot of people that i crossed path with and were against foalcon, enjoyed either gore or necrophilia, yet they didn't seem to understand the example I mentioned above, because "ours is just a fantasy, it's nothing alike to foalcon")

It is exceptionally rare that I don't post something I've written if it is finished, but it has happened once or twice.
