Alright I'm back now. But seriously this was an amazing story. I don't how many times I have said this, but it bares repeating. You are a freaking genius. I mean seriously, this is a type of story that absolutely no other fimfic writer could pull off (as a matter of fact many wouldn't even think of something as creatively awesome like this). It reminded me a bit of the Futurama episode where Bender becomes a space God, but with far more details and much more intrigue. While your usual comedic tone was still there and using Discord as your idea carrier was absolutely perfect, the story iutself actually made me think. It's the exact type of story I love to read since it depicts an evolution of an entire race so similar to our own. I really love it.
Another aspect of the story I absolutely adore is your portrayal of both regal sisters here and the way they would rule. Luna was definitely much more direct while Celestia was distant up until the very last moment. It's quite an interest diachotomy. I love it!
The story as a whole was an absolute gem and I really cannot believe I haven't read this earlier. Oh and that last bit with Faust was absolutely hilarious

In true me fashion, I made up more of this.
After the potato pones and banana pones reach the modern age, they fire nukes at one another. Celly and Lulu stop the nukes, but Discord explains that detonating them midair would just make it worse, and throwing them off the table would cause the chaos magic to stop and they'd blow up half of Canterlot. They grudgingly let the nukes continue, and are amazed when the two civilizations meet in the relatively safe mountain range, and start working together to survive.

Ah. I would suggest you focus on one and let the envy to write the others build up and up. You'll end up rushing through (The good rushing through in that you'll be writing frequently) and will get to the next story quickly.
