Reading this made it sound like a cross between Outlast and My Little Foundation because you have to survive from something abnormal which is Outlast and you try to survive Pinkie Pie's hugs which is MLF. It was really good.

Interesting premise.
Your pacing is decent, just work on paying closer attention to SPG during the edit phase. (Spelling, Punctuation, Grammar). Also, their world is human size. They're four foot tall at the shoulders, their doorways are twice their height, their beds seem roughly equivalent, etc.

4/5 stars: i liked the premise, although it ended and never continued, i found this to be a very good fic, not the best, but good.
