Okay, this is a decent beginning. It's sad that Twilight has turned to the dark side, but I'm going to venture a guess that she was messing with something she shouldn't have been. It might even be possible that she's locked away inside of herself. It could be possible that it's the work of Sombra, or maybe even the presence of the Master (since you are using Dr Whooves). Whatever the case I'm sure that Ditzy, the Doctor, Lyra, Bon Bon, Vinyl Scratch, and Octavia will be able to stand against it and become better friends for it.
