FromTheMoon

Some call me crazy, I prefer loco. I'm just a history major who's pretty much a grade "A" sucker for RariPie, FlashShimmer, and Sunata.

Life shifts constantly everyday. Decisions are made on the spot that influence the flow of one's life and the lives of those around them. How one chooses to live after a decision is made is entirely up to the individual. There are those who will do anything to change things back to the way they were. Equally, there are also those who will do everything in their power to keep life just the way it is.

Added Sex Tag for innuendos and situations. Nothing explicit.

Hmm. The writing is good, and I'm kinda curious where this one will go.

After skimming this, I've added it to my "read it later" list. I don't really like skimming things, as it decreases my interest to then return and reread them fully, but I also would rather know at least somewhat what a story is about before I invest the time to reading 6000 words, and the description really told me nothing.

I'd recommend a more telling description that at least mentions the characters, as it looks like the story will turn out to be fun.

4585221 Funny thing, I've actually had this story ready to go since the end of April. The reason why I didn't publish it earlier is because I couldn't come up with a description that I liked :ajbemused:
I went through what I believe is twelve descriptions before settling with this one. If I come up with a better one then I'll update it..

I haven't published any stories myself, so I can only imagine the trouble of trying to do an enticing summary. I really do think that revealing that Cadance makes a wish that has major repercussions on Equestria would help draw in more readers though.

Now that I've read the chapters more thoroughly, it's a fun start to the story building off of Cadance's comment about needing a little adventure from "Three's a Crowd", and I'm eager to see the alternate reality that has resulted. It's interesting that Twilight remembers things the way they were... Do the other princesses (or former princesses) as well? I think its a safe bet as to who Rainbow Dash is married to, which should make for some interesting times ahead...

4589169 I can't say too much without revealing the story:moustache:. Just know that the next update will reveal more on this alternate world.

Interesting... How interesting...

Could you put a Flashlight romance in your story?

I guess no luck that it was all alicorns that remembered the original past.

At this rate, we might not even be lucky enough for Cadence to remember.

More questions than answers. I bet Siren knows more than she claims tho.:unsuresweetie: Still if Cadence remembers than she is no doubt more confused than Twilight.

When Cadence made that deal she rewrite and erased the timeline which lead to her never foal sitting Twilight and meet her true love Shining Armor, Twilight's ascension to Alicorn and Princess of Friendship, and made Cadence heart so cold and dark that transform her into that.

(Edited comment)

It seems as though neither Twilight or Celestia are really thinking things trough in this chapter. Twilight remains focused on finding someone who remembers that she's a Princess, despite Spike, her friends, Celestia, details of an alternate history and (most noticeably) her lack of wings saying otherwise. The fact that she leaves the castle still focused on the goal of finding someone to prove that she's right makes her seem stuck deeply in denial. (I can't blame her for still being shocked at Dash and her brother sucking face though...)

Celestia blows off Twilight's strong evidence (knowledge of Starswirl's spell) as part of a lie that doesn't really make sense. At the very least, she should see there is something wrong with her student... Either she was a Princess and has been altered, or she's suffering from some kind of mental breakdown (caused by Starswirl's faulty spell? An enemy attack on her?) because she does believe what she's saying. Writing it all off as a disappointing lie isn't overly logical. But then, aside from her history with Sunset Shimmer, she does have Siren right there clearly manipulating her as well.

Of course, both could be affected by whatever spell has changed things as well and are working with rather cloudy minds as a result, or under a mental sway to avoid focusing on the fact that things have changed. Twilight not as much, obviously, but she lost her wings, so she clearly isn't totally beyond the reach of the spell herself, despite remembering the original timeline.

I look forward to seeing more... Especially Cadance's side of things.

Okay, so it looks like Siren changed history so that she could become Celestia's trusted adviser, and then use her authority to essentially rule the kingdom through the Princess. :pinkiegasp: Reminds me of Wormtongue and King Théoden in the Lord of the Rings.
