Silverstream’s breath kinda smells like fish right now and that’s the only flaw I can pin on her. Her beak and claws are polished. Her mane has that wild...windswept...thing going on.

“What’s up?” she asks.

“You’re literally perfect,” I tell her. I put a little growl into my voice to make it clear that I’m seething in rage.

Octavia returns back to National Geographic with an inside scoop of a particularly rare creatures surrounding Mount Aris; the hippogriffs!

It's been a few months since Gallus and Silverstream had their conversation in his room, and the two have become a couple. Tonight is another date for them, and they get a pleasant surprise of a private concert done by one little bird. It leads to Silverstream asking Gallus for a sweet favor.

Cheerilee has, by and large, been detached from the events at the School of Friendship. She heard the rumors about a total meltdown at the school, and even worse ones about a diplomatic incident that followed, but by and large, she's simply wished Twilight well and went about her business of helping all the young ponies of Ponyville grow.

Then, one day, not too long after the School of Friendship reopened, a new young mind flies into her life.

Gallus is having a sort of identity crisis. Not having a family has made him wonder where he came from, and being at The School Of Friendship has made him conflicted about where exactly home is for him. Silverstream knocks on his door and they talk.

Inspired by the song "Fix A Heart" by Demi Lovato. Chapter title is a lyric from another Demi Lovato song "Give Your Heart A Break".

Equestria's biggest, baddest, most stair-obsessed tyrant has returned, and he's got plans.

That is until destiny strikes, and our king runs into a bubbly young hippogriff with whom he's surprised he actually shares something in common.

The unlikely duo set off to discover only the best stairs in all the land, and may just learn a thing or two about themselves along the way.

Ever since confiding in each other about their greatest fears, things haven't been the same for Gallus and Silverstream.

Gallus in particular finds that he can't get the hippogriff/seapony out of his thoughts no matter what he does. But he's never been in love before, and he certainly doesn't have any examples to build off of.

Silverstream, meanwhile, is being plagued by reoccurring nightmares about the Storm King. Luckily, Gallus is there to help her through them. But can he use this opportunity to tell her how he feels? Or does Silverstream have her own ideas in mind?

More importantly, what do their friends have to think of this sudden development?
