Well, sometime in the last three inexcusable months since I last updated it, Letters crossed the two million hit mark.

Nothing as extravagant as what I did when we crossed over into seven digits years and years ago, but I'd still like to thank all the vets who have been keeping up with this story since 2012, as well as any newbies who are diving into this story in more recent times.

Yes, once again Letters is three episodes behind. My camping trip is five days away, and once I arrive, I'll be completely cut off for six days (primitive campsite). So while motivation is slowly returning and I'm going through Mix's contributions, I haven't quite figured out what to provide myself. I've decided to do a Letter on Orlando.

When I somehow start predicting tragedies by parodying them before they occur, then you can tell me too soon.

Making parody and satire out of tragedies removes the power from those that caused them.

Four years ago today, I was unemployed, grateful to be alive with seven freshly-removed stitches in my left arm, and I began writing about a sweet little innocent unicorn who came to a backwater town to learn about the magic of friendship.

As we slowly approach Letters' 4th anniversary, I've noticed that today, the story has crossed another milestone.

400 downvotes.

This is very concerning to me, comparing it to the 4500+ upvotes it has, bringing the story's ratio to a rather abysmal 92%.

I guess I'd better start writing more fetish stories, those are never downvoted.

Maybe also making things more politically correct would help too. I'm sorry, but an anonymous voting system is just too important to ignore, folks.
