The original stories by Manly Wade Wellman will be published again, illustrated, in hardcover, two volumes with both the short stories that have occasionally been reprinted and all five of the novels. The latter have been out of print since the mid-80's, so this is a rare deal.

Unfortunately it's also pricy, with the two-volume set going for $90. But it's not coming out until October of 2019, so there's time to save up.

The reason everything was going to poorly was because my editor had to deal with a cancer scare. First of all, I'm really very, very sorry this is all taking so long. I can only say that my editor has been very ill; he had bronchitis, and as soon as he started getting over it his roomie got pneumonia. And I've been dealing with the aftereffects of a car accident from a few weeks back; broke three of my teeth and I had to find out if the insurance would cover it. The dentist wants to remove them and put in three implants; and I have a severe phobia of dentists.

Yeah, sorry. it's hit some temporary snags due to my editor getting hit with a bad dose of the flu that's passing around. I am very sorry about that. I will have to ask him if I can post the first few chapters that have been edited just so you folks get some of what's been promised.

I can say that the rough draft is completely written down, it just needs some editing. But some chapters are done, though my editor dislikes posting a story when it isn't 100% complete.

First of all, the rough draft of the sequel to My Little Balladeer, titled Realms Undreamed Of, is finally and actually done. It will be a little while to get everything edited properly, but it IS coming. For real, this time.
