So, uh, anyone reading that particular series (Silver Stars) may have read how things have come to a point (again) where it could have the book slammed shut and I wouldn't feel very bad about it.

Just an idle whimsy that I notice the two stories I'm working on, whichever two those may be, often run into one another, with the same kind of thing going on in either. Today, sudden catastrophe strikes both fics. Before, I had both fics arrive in Manehattan via train at the same time. I don't try for it, but it happens sometimes and it never fails to amuse me. The manehattan one was a more wild coincedence of the two examples.

Some time ago, a pony mentioned the world may make a fertile ground for other fics. I have no objection to this, and started work on a group for such shenanigans, including a canon bible to keep things straight! The canon bible may even be useful to people just reading the series.

A lot of support for FirstMeadow, but more folks are looking for some FirstSilver action. It looks like either way I go, someone gets bummed, which sucks. Welcome to the Internet!

Hrm, where is the balance with this? I've heard people upset at stories where nothing bad happens, but my story with heavy stuff going down gets called abuse porn. Where is the balance? What happy medium should I be aiming for in future stories?

This is an honest question. I assume most commenting have a thought worth hearing, and I'd like to hear more! So spill the beans and give your opinion while we wait for the next story to approval.
