After many hiatuses and delays, I am proud to announce that my longest story to date, Millennia: Eye of the Storm, is at long last complete at 288,098 words. Perfect timing, too, as I wanted to see if I could have it done by Trotcon, which I am going to tomorrow (it starts today, but I'm only going for a few hours sadly).

I have hit a new milestone, my friends. For the first time in my time writing fanfiction, I have written a chapter that has surpassed 10,000 words!

It would have been much longer had I not ultimately decided to split it up to even out the pacing (it COULD have very well ended up being anywhere between 15-17k).

I'm deciding that once I finish what is currently labeled as chapter 38, I am going to combine what's written for chapter 36 into chapter 35 (which will double its current word count). I will be posting the new chapter of Eye of the Storm on the one year anniversary of its publish this coming Sunday, September 17th, which will officially end the three-week hiatus and (hopefully) return to a regular schedule with the story.

Also, there is a chance that I might start working on a sequel to I Miss You. I've been considering ideas for a while, particularly where it takes place from Luna's perspective, but nothing has really struck me on it until today.

At 8,658 words, it is now the longest chapter in the story and also the longest chapter in the series so far. Had I not decided to split up the end of it into chapter 31, it would have been MUCH longer, but frankly I'm glad I didn't for a multitude of reasons.

Three days, and I already have chapter 28 of Eye of the Storm finished. I know I am going to pay for this some time soon in the form of severe writer's block.

Although it is finished, I'm considering holding it off until the 10th to release it precisely a week after the last chapter to keep a steady flow. That shouldn't stop me from getting started on the next one, and I'm looking to have fun with chapters 29 and 30.

Alright guys, so here's the deal.

Two weeks until my only end-of-year test for Economics/Government. I'm feeling rather confident about it, especially since it's the only one I have to take this year. I'll be gone for the majority of that day (April 10th) while I'm off testing, and I imagine the three days or so surrounding that I won't be very active on here for that reason alone.

Happy 2017 everyone! Hopefully this year will be much better than last year.

Also, this is quite crazy, but I managed to publish chapter 6 of Millennia: Eye of the Storm EXACTLY at midnight.
