Believe it or not, the next chapter is coming on well. How well you ask? Try just under 11,500 words.
Now, I am hoping to find someone to pre-read this chapter before I release it if I can, because I'm doing something I've not done before, though if I don't find anyone then I won't cry until the cows come home, I'll just release it once I'm confident with it.
Still got more writing to go, but I'm happy with how I'm doing so far!

Just to let everyone know, progress is being made on the next chapter and I'm at 5,000+ words so far. I'd been struggling to figure out how to get past a block early into the chapter (as is typical for a new chapter with me) along with work schedules and a creative drought, but I just figure I'd say that progress is being made and I'm past the thick of it now.

Becoming a fully trained butcher + international qualifications on an extra butchery course ain't easy. Really sucks the creative soul of me.

For anyone who does give a damn, chapter three rewrite should be finished tomorrow. I've got one final scene which I hoped I would be able to write tonight, but the creative juices have stopped flowing. Still, yeah. Made enough progress that it really is just one more scene now and once that's done - that's it. Chapter finished in the rewriting and it'll go up. So for those who have expressed interest, you've got a little bit more you can read tomorrow if you're so inclined.
