So, after a period of time much longer than I originally thought, the first two chapters are finally done. I don't know how long it will be until it gets approved, so I'll post another blog when it does.
I hope you all enjoy this one, I know I am.
So that's the title of the SoarinDash sequel, hope you guys are as excited for it as I am. The cover art is finished and it is awesome, so props to Natasha for that. She was really helpful when drawing it, asking for my input on a lot of things so it turned out the way I wanted it to.
The SoarinDash sequel has been started. And as a special treat heres a teaser for the coverart that Natasha's working on right now.
We're both a huge fan of Rainbow's ass. I hope(know) the rest of you are as well.
Natasha really does make fantastic art so go over to her and her husband's deviant page -------->here<-------- and see what they have.
Honestly guys, I never thought that Tsup would ever get this amount of upvotes. I was honestly hoping for like 250 by the time the story was done. You really have no idea how much it means to me that 500+ people enjoy what I do.
So thank, really, thank you.
For this landmark, I thought it would be cool to give you guys a quick synopsis on what the first iteration of Tsup looked like in my mind. Also, at no points does it turn dark, although there are some mind control/manipulation bits.
If anyone finds me a picture of Celestia and Luna that is both sexy and sfw I'll give them a link to the first chapter of the oneshot I'm working on right now. Its only 1800 words into the first chapter right now, but I'll definitely finish it tonight.
EDIT: It also has to work for the story, so I get the final say if its good enough or not.
So currently I am writing a oneshot clop fic sequel to Tsup with two chapters. I think I can still call that a oneshot.
The working title right now is "Lessons From the Princesses" with one chapter called "Day School" and one called "Night School". Guess which Princess is in which.
So I finished the first draft of the last chapter and sent it to Natasha so she can go through it. Its only 3200 words, so its pretty short, but as I said, its short and to the point. I didn't want to spend to much time agonizing over the ending when I have other things to write, so I didn't. Only the first 1300 words are the ending, which is a bit on the low end but I don't see how I could make it longer. However, the back half of the chapter is the lead in to the next fic I'm going to write
So, I finally got the drive and some free time to write the last chapter of Tsup and I realized that this is probably going to be the hardest chapter to write. I mean, I can end it quickly and easily like I planned, but that will end up being little more than a thousand-two thousand words or so. I also realized that I didn't plan this out nearly as much as I should have, I had a good idea of where the main body of the story would go, but the ending was always vague and now I'm paying for it. So
So, I haven't done anything on the next chapter of Tsup. Real life isn't being very kind to me, at least from my perspective as a High School Senior. I'm going to try to start writing the next chapter later tonight if I finish my homework in time. I'm having trouble deciding how to start the chapter, but once I get past that it shouldn't take terribly long. There won't be another clop scene, so I won't have to work through that.
So the current word count of the last chapter of Tsup is 0. I've been crazy busy with the college application process and along with all the high level courses I'm taking this year I've been totally swamped. The good news is that my MIT early action application goes out tomorrow, so I should have some free time over the weekend to hopefully get some work done on it.
So, I've been thinking about where I want to go with the Tsup universe in the future, so I thought I would share my thoughts with all of you readers.
First of all, the next chapter of Tsup will be the final one, there may or may not be an epilogue. I haven't even started it yet seeing as school started and I've been busy with all of the stuff that entails. So yea, I hope to get it started this weekend, but I don't know if that will end up happening.
Amidst my adventures through southern Utah on a dirt bike, I typed up a bit of the caramel/Minuette interlude chapter, and I'm debating whether or not to have a clop segment in it. Currently its done up to where the clop chapter would start, so my question is, do you guys want me to write a clop bit? I'm leaning towards no, but I'm interested in your opinions. And please don't say "you're the author do what you want" if I wasn't going to take your opinions into account I wouldn't be asking for
The combination of the Steam Summer Sale, laziness, and writer's block really fucked up my progress on Tsup. The next chapter is currently sitting at 2921 words, 400 words into the clop scene. I'll try to get it finished tonight seeing as I'll be heading to southern Utah where a stable internet connection is going to be nigh impossible to find for me. So that being said I'll do my best to get it done tonight and sent to Natasha for proofreading. Maybe I'll write a oneshot or two in the Tsup
Alright, I'm writing out the next chapter of Tsup right now and part of it is the story of how Asmodeus met the princesses. So I thought I would take ten minutes or so to write up a few things about the headcanon i'm using so there is no confusion.
1600 years ago- Equestria is formed
1250 years ago- Discord happens
So, I'm back from Bronycon, which was freaking amazing by the way. So I'm ready to get back to work on Tsup. That being said, I commisioned a piece of Twidash artwork from an artist in the vendor hall, and I loved it so much I decided to write a oneshot for it. Its only 1100 words long and I just submitted it to the site. It should be up sometime soon, so please do go and give that a read when it pops up on the new stories list.
So I'm currently sitting a first nation (native american) town in Northern Ontario called Moosonee. It sits on the mouth of the moose river leading onto James Bay, which is one of the southernmost bays of the Article Ocean. I'm borrowing a very nice lady's WiFi (one of the few in town to have it from what I can tell from her broken English) in order to check stuff and post this blog. When I get back home in a week or so, afrer a train and van ride back to base camp and a few days there
