A historical tibdit — WW2 · 10:35pm January 6th
As anyone who's read any of my stuff knows, I'm a big World War 2 history buff. (Redheart's War borrowed from Eugene Sledge and Benjamin Salomon, and The Ponies in the Caves had a nod at Aachen, etc.)

okey, so it turns out that Bismarck, yes, THAT Bismarck, the ship that sunk HMS Hood, got Launched 14th Feb 1939... sooooo happy birthday to the king of the European Seas?
A new story idea came to me as I was getting off of work this morning:
The Equestria Girls characters, and vintage WW2 aircraft.
Working on developing this story now. Each girl will have her own signature aircraft.
On this day, June 6th, 1944; Was the largest navel landing in the world.
D-Day.
The Normandy landings were the largest seaborne invasion in history. The operation, codenamed Operation Neptune, began the liberation of German-occupied northwestern Europe from Nazi control and contributed to the Allied victory on the Western Front.
It’s been released since 2 hours in Germany and damn is that game nice!!
So far worth the money at least for the Multiplayer. Haven’t tried the Campaign out yet, but I’ll cover that later on with a twitch stream.
Good night and good luck on the battlefield!!
Cheers!

And no, it won't be about the "Alfredverse", I really have to take a rest from that universe since my mind is bleeding of how much I have to crate for that only universe and not expanding myself. Now, what is this story about? Well, the answer is simple, my dear reader: a WW2/MLP story. Yes, the same concept of ponies in WW2 I tried so many times to concrete is finally having some progress after almost 2 years of constant fails; however, this will be a little curious since it will be set
Sooooooo...
I’ve been a member since 2013.
My last update on my stories was may 2016.
It’s 2019.
Time for an update.
Of a German and American soldier in equestria... I’m currently getting my thoughts clear on it in order to continue. Apologies for the delays and there’s a good reason for that! (Not really).
Vincent Losada was an amazing man, who fought for the freedoms we have today. He is deeply missed. Tomorrow will finish the last chapter in the Dragon Killers: Blood Sacrifice story. He was the Bombardier on "The Big Drip, Jr", A B-17 "Flying Fortress."
I haven't produced much content lately. Just not feeling "pony." Been working on some space opera I might post to Royal Road or Amazon or something someday.
In light of my recent lack of content, have some of my favorite books:
Protector and Ringworld, by Larry Niven, and to a lesser extent his entire "Known Space" cycle
Six million Jews died. Along with five million others. But think about it: they were going to die anyway. Whether of old age, or illness, or in some other war, they were doomed to perish just like any other human being. All the NSDAP did was give death to them early.
So I spent most of the day looking at reenactment stuff, which is definitely something I have a problem with. I want to spend way too much money. Basically, whenever my unit sends out a call asking for people to do something, if I don't have it, I look into buying it.
Basically, I almost just bought a service uniform like the one below before I even got my field uniform squared away, with a major D-Day event in Ohio coming up in August, which I still need to get $600+ in gear for.
