It makes absolutely no sense. Why would something like this happen? Is it magic? Because in movies and fairytales, magic can always go backwards, but if this is science...

I have tried to get this entry just right for hours now, struggling in vain to convey the facts without at the same time coming out looking like anything other than a demon incarnate.
But that’s impossible.
The truth must be told, or this world is doomed. In the face of that, even my immense ego doesn’t stand a chance.
Remember Tantabus? Good old Tantabus created by Luna to punish her for the whole Nightmare Moon thing?
So, the word apparently comes from "tantibus" which is allegedly Latin for "nightmare". I say "allegedly" because despite trying quite hard, I have not been able to actually find a reputable source that confirms there even is a Latin word such as "tantibus".
And, no, Google Translate is no reputable source.
After seeing yesterday's episode, which was both astounding in its bravery in addressing adult issues, and disappointing in distracting from them with what was likely meant as comic relief (not sure), I found myself wondering how Luna's dream in the intro would have ended.
