Back in October 2005, my driver, my maid and I were in a car, on our way to my school for Halloween party. In the middle of the road, a flash of light appeared right in front of us. Well, the AFR prerelease could have gone better, but I’m going to view it as a learning experience. And I got to turn Orcus into a paperweight and have Drizzt punch a dragon, so I can’t complain too much. In any case, it’s back to Pony Life to see what other madness unfolds now that Twilight’s established a permanent planar portal in Sugarcube Corner’s broom closet.
Tonight, I went to a Chinese restaurant.
The lady behind the front counter was white.
Our waiter was Arab-American; the other was Hispanic.
The only other people in the restaurant was a Polynesian family gathered around a table in the middle of the room.
Number of Chinese people in the Chinese restaurant: 0.
But at least I still got an Engrish fortune cookie (You will always have good luck in you. Personal affairs.)

I've always thought that learning about divination techniques was interesting (from a historical perspective). I don't necessarily believe that they really tell the future or anything. But I do think they are neat to learn about, especially in the context they were traditionally used.
