Well, yes, Sombra. Obviously Sombra.
But even he needed a reason for things that he couldn't justify as cryssstalsss.

This is not really a story. It's got the word count to be published here, but a lot of it is just Twilight and Sunset talking magic shop, and the whole thing is rough-hewn to say the least. Yet it's something that came into my head after watching the S5 finale, and I wanted to put it into writing, to exorcise it from my head.
If you're still interested, please give it a look.
Some are starting to drive me up the wall with this "LACK OF MARITAL LIFE" showcases. (IE: we don't see them do many things as a married couple)
The Magic Continues is a collaborative effort by a number of fanfic authors, editors, and other content creators to produce another season of Friendship is Magic in narrative form.
The fandom could use more involvement in a project like this. Involvement can be anything from writing, editing, prereading, or artwork, down to simply responding to surveys .
Yes, the windows are all in and life begins to even out. Got to love that! It's amazing how much furniture and other things being out of place can mess with the flow of life.
On another note... Chapter 5 of The Hungry Eyes is out and ready to read. More magic, and mystery unfolds.
More Mickey themed gaming this week!

I made it home, safe and- well, safe at least. Massive wad of con crud in my head and chest that I'll have to get over. But I will. Yesterday was right out of the ending of MASH, where we started as a band of friends and then slowly dwindled down into smaller and smaller groups. We woke up, had breakfast (Insert Saturday Morning Cafe plug here), and then started to split up. I had to say goodbye to WandererD and everyone else, tried my hardest not to cry, failed, and then had to make my
Seriously? 11 Int for a "Turn into root vegetable" spell?
That's heavy transmogrify and at least level 5 in 3.5 and maybe 4 in Pathfinder. That needs a 15 or 14 Int! Even more if untrained!
And Captain Wuss should get a save!
GOD!

Terrible episode!
(PS: Can someone please recommend a decent neurosurgeon? I need someone to get these writers out of my head!!!)
So, I saw “Mirror Magic.” I know a lot of people didn’t really like it and had some gripe or another regarding it, but I’m not one of those people. Then again, I might have liked it more than most people because of my apparent bias towards relatable fiction.
IT. WAS. SO. AWESOME!
Ah, man, I can’t even---what can I say?
For one thing, this totally has potential to be a series! I mean, holy hell there is so much material they can go over in this series!
G.M. Berrow was just fantastic in the writing. I think they tapped into a lot of stuff, and I dunno know about you, but I want to see more interaction between the Crystal Preppies (I’m calling them that because it’s the only way I remember them, ha) and the Rainbooms.
So, I've never done a blog on here, but I think this movie is a good enough reason to write one.
I'm sure many of you are going out to see the movie, so I'll keep my thoughts spoiler free. So, what did I think of the movie?
I thought it was good. Not great, but definitely good
I want to plug a couple of Pillar-centric fanfics that haven't gotten very many views or likes despite being well-written and thought-provoking. I think the only reason I saw them was that they showed up in my Pillars of Equestria group feed.
I'm currently coming up with quite a few very interesting ideas. Some are fairly dark and odd, yet none are heavy gorefest ideas.
So, I've been reading a lot, and this has been bugging me, quite a bit actually.
How could the concept of "magic" be explained in a universe that is rational? For example, our universe.
Note: for the rest of this posting, unless noted otherwise, the word "magic" will refer to the concept - and observed effects - of effecting control over matter and energy, as seen on the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic".
