As according to the Vault Archives in Fallout 3's Citadel where The Brotherhood of Steel is situated in Washington D.C., Vault 76's door was forced to open as an intentional plan to allow the vault dwellers outside into The Wasteland to reclaim it and begin rebuilding civilization. If Disney succeeds in taking over 20th Century Fox, it will have terrible consequences for the mature properties that are currently under 20th Century Fox.
