A few weeks ago, one of my NPCs gave one of the PCs a peck on the cheek and ran away. This has naturally devolved into foals exploring relationships in the most cute and/or embarrassing ways.
Robin and Gin tease Torchlight about getting kissed.
The Crusaders managed to get some chocolate mousse to the Very Important Pony who missed dinner. There may have been some breaking and entering involved, but hey -- it was for a good cause, and the adorable little foals made a friend in the process.
The fact that their new friend turned out to be the youngest Equestrian Princess was a surprise to everypony.

Last session, my players met with an elder god and blew up a mountain. This was primarily caused by Gin Gear, who wanted to investigate the mountain in the first place, and started feeding pegasus-assisted wind power to said ur-god, giving it the jump-start it needed to do its thing.

It's good, very few bugs the system is balanced, it really is worth playing.
There are a few typos and the bestiary is a bit sparse so you will have to make a lot of your enemies but it's actually good.
There I said it, I've been up for 27 hours making sure this was good, doing the live stream tonight and dealing with life.

I am currently running an Unknown Ponies campaign here on Roll20; thus the campaign is set in the world of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and the player characters are all children (foals) on the cusp of pubescence (blank flanks).
One of the best things I ever did involving ponies was run a tabletop RPG over Skype for, like, ever. It was mildly a big deal. Kitsune Risu was there, even, so you know it was a super huge amazing bash of awesome. But I had a blast running that game and writing letters as Luna and generally just enjoying the hell out of the setting.
