Okay, so it's finally published: Adagio Dazzle Discovers The Cure For Cancer But Doesn't Tell Anybody.
The story was inspired by this image, and intends to answer the question, "just what is Adagio Dazzle doing dressed in a lab coat".
I guess this is the kind of thing I'd usually put in an author's note or something, but for some reason, I just didn't want to. So, anyway, obviously this new story is out. It means a lot to me, and I had a lot of fun writing it. It's been quite a while since I wrote something new instead of revising something old and unpublished. And seeing it finally go live feels... bad. I don't have that anticipation anymore. It'll get some attention for a few days, then float off down to obscurity. And
I've finally got a working title for my first actual story that's 100% originally mine. The first story i put here was an alt ending to my favorite story "Long Road to Friendship" check it out its fucking awesome! But the story i'm going to be working on is going to be an Adagio Dazzle & Sunset Shimmer romance/drama Clop Fics that'll pick up about a month and a half after the friendship games and will focus on the Dazzlings recovery, adjustment, redemption & Adagio's eventual growing love for
After their gems shattered, a hooded figure approached the Dazzlings. He called himself the devil, and offered them a challenge: A musical battle for their very souls.
Chapter 11 is finally up and it's the big battle. No frills here, just action and the climax of our story; things aren't over yet though as up next is the aftermath of the battle. Enjoy.
Chapter 6 is up and it's the final wrap up before the first major confrontation with Melodiam and Cobalt. With things the way they are at the moment, I've actually got family coming in for Easter and part of the following week which is rare but poignant given the circumstances of the world. I'll still work to get the next chapter out by the end of next week though. For everyone who enjoys the holiday; I hope you stay safe, healthy and above all positive.
Chapter 5 is up and we slow down a bit for some development and sweetness. Not much to say on this one, the story just keeps rolling along. Enjoy.
Chapter 12 is up and it's time to wind things down and start setting things up for the future. Chapter 13 will be the final chapter which will give some insight into where I plan to take this series in the future; I thought a lot about where I wanted this all to go from here and I think my choice will be pleasing and hopefully expectation subverting. See you at the end.
By me :D
So, Adagio was trying to mix two colors and another liquid to make the color pink, but it made the color yellow instead. Turns out she needed to use the orange liquid, not the red one.
I've just published chapter five of Dazzling Rainbow, an Adagio Dazzle x Rainbow Dash adventure–romance. In this chapter we find that the course of true love doesn't always run smoothly.
I decided to do updates every month to remind people and myself what I've been doing so far. Maybe I should do it bi-weekly?
So some of you have seen or read my latest work with the Dazzlings, and I gotta say I'm pretty proud of it. The idea started probably two months ago, and I started doing it with the Renegades a little. Though the Renegades is a priority, this idea really stuck to me and I decided to make it into a one shot story. My first real attempt at feels and giggles story.
Hello, I'm hoping to have chapter 31 of This is what we do done this week. Had bad run for a day or two there with no writing. Kind of rebalancing my life to make more time for friend and family and have more weekends out of the house. Winter makes it hard to want to go anywhere.
While I wait for an explanation from the moderator who failed it for moderation, here is a preview of my new story:
Adagio Dazzle Discovers The Cure For Cancer But Doesn't Tell Anybody
Heyo, it's yo boi, AntiBronyBenSwolo here, and as you know, I have just finished my story "Stuck in my own Fanfic", where I stick myself in the Equestria Girls timeline and hang out with the Dazzlings. Sounds like a basic HiE story, until you see that I'm messing with reality as I'm writing the story, completely aware I'm in a Fanfic. And now the Dazzlings are at least somewhat aware of my abilities. If you wanna check it out, you can read it here
Chapter 9 is up and this time it's Hunter and the Dazzlings for round two against Cobalt. Outside of the battle, we get some more development for both Hunter and the sirens as the story begins to enter the home stretch. Enjoy.
With chapter 8 we flow through the aftermath of the fight and go for a round of checking in with all parties involved. Next chapter, things pick right back up as Hunter and Cobalt face off once again. Enjoy.
I tried to think of something that makes it look like Adagio is actually more developed in screen time then Aria and Sonata. Anything.
I found nothing.
The Dazzlings are all on screen together, they all get a pretty decent amount of speaking lines and the only time Sonata isn't present is when Aria and Adagio head up to Trixie.
And yet, out of the three of them, there is one of them who is developed as a character so much more than the other two.
And no, it's not Adagio.
Adagio Dazzle has 'the gloomies'.
That's what Sonata called the crippling depression and anxiety that had consumed her older sister since their failure at the Battle of the Bands.
The gloomies hit Adagio hard. The Battle of the Bands was her gamble, her play. It was her mistake, loss, her failure to live with.
