Old thread is old, but I felt the need to say this. You can't rewrite Living The Dream, even with the intention of "improving" it or making it the story it was meant to be. Because that's what makes Living The Dream what it is to be quite honest, it's flaws and clichés and all. You'd have to change way too much of the story to make it any better if you were shooting for a remake/rewrite, it would no longer be the same story and you'd be better off writing the same premise but your own take if you were to make the effort. Anyway, that is all.
