I have a story that involves Lyra and Bon Bon..

It's basically a human becomes Lyra, and Bon Bon doesn't suspect a thing yet. Then more once humans show up.. I can't tell you the rest, since those chapters aren't done. Anyways, you can check it out if you want, since I don't know how to place the story in a folder, and I don't think any folders match this, or if it even belongs here.

It's a story that revolves around Lyra and Bon Bon. Of course it can go here. There's only three folders, and they're pretty self-explanitory; your story involves Ly and Bon in a romance, not in a romance, or it's sexual in nature. Only you know where your story is going, so you'll know what folder to put it in.

As for adding it, go to your story's page, and on the bar that shows the character faces, on the right, you'll see some buttons. One of them is "Add To Group." It lets you add your story to any group that you're a member of. Just pick a group and a folder.
