This is a purely hypothetical, but if a character were to literally just fall in love with themselves and masturbate to themselves, would that count as psychosis, r would it merit another folder, or would it not belong in the group?

Depends on how the rest of he story progresses. For example if, say, Blueblood fell in love with himself and masturbated to pictures of himself, then did something about it (researched cloning, started shortly before the changeling invasion, etc.) Then yes, here. Hell, even him having a wet dream about sex with himself would probably qualify. Just the jerking off would not be selfcest.
