So I am trying to get my decks down to 60 cards, but I am kind of stuck.
So I was wondering, if someone would help me with that.

Bye, bye Deck is a mono blue mill deck, based around the enchantment "Jace's Erasure"
Rise of the Conclave is a Selesnya themed deck, based on tokens with the goal for either overrun the opponent with tokens or overpower them with "Scion of the Wild" and various enchantments.
Bird Soldiers is a mono white Bird/Soldier deck.

What exactly is your goal? I am confused by your inclusion of both counterspell and cancel- I could understand maybe dissipate, but not an identical spell that costs one more mana. I'm guessing you have a smaller collection- but really you can pick yourself up more counterspells for probably ten cents apiece. If you're playing anything more than casual, you need to shape your deck up to the format. I've noticed you seem to be a fan of singletons with a rather high cmc. I would suggest you play some sort of toolkit/reanimator/birthing pod deck. But like I said we need to know a little more about what your goals are.
