The only changes made from the 5B to the 5C were:
-decreased mag capacity, to reduce # of mag-related jams
-heavier barrel, to lengthen barrel life
-reduced rate of fire from 900rpm to about 700rpm

All of these changes are solely for the purpose of better reliability. Power and accuracy are the same.
