Me and my friend were chatting about what it would be like if Shining Armor turned out to have loved Chrysalis, and only realizes this after he's been married for some time.

I can also picture a conversation where the prim, proper, ladylike, and socially traditional Cadence gets totally put off by all of the comments and requests that her husband makes in the bedroom. He then longs for a kinky, darker girl that would love that sort of thing.

I used the concept of a one partner having a huge kink and the other partner not being so keen in my new fanfic: My Little WereRarity.
