I’ve always wanted to know why Scootaloo's aunts have different accents?

For example, I know that Auntie Holliday has an Australian accent and Auntie Lofty has an American accent, even Scootaloo's parents have different accents, her father has an Australian accent, and her mother is American, yet they never tell us why?

Though I assume we could figure it out because I know for me, my mother is German and my dad is American, so maybe for Scootaloo it’s the same thing, though I would like your opinions on this.

I just heard her voice and my mistake she does not sound British but I think she should have a British accent cause in my opinion she is based off of Dr. Jane Goodall

Oh I think it is understandable cause my Family is part Dutch on my Mom's side and part Irish on my Dad's side so I don't find anything wrong
