So, what stories have you found that are full of superior op ponies, (perfect society and blah blah blah) but the ponies aren't bastards at the same time? No assimilation plot, no imperialism, and other evil stuff.

Ponies make friends with weak and pathetic humans out of the pure goodness of their hearts. They could easily smite them and leave humanity in the dust, but simply don't. Since the ponies don't abuse their powers. And actually want to make friends with even those who are lesser than them.
