Hey, I've figured out how Yod's team members come into play. After Dushta's attack and after they learn about his lieutenants. Yod explains that seeing the Ninjas work together to take down the ice fortresses got him thinking and the attack all but convinced him. That he wants to put togther a team of his own. The first one they recruit is Lakshy and he suggests they recruit Inarti next.

Yod: Is it because of her talent, or is it because she's your girlfriend?

Lakshy: Both.

When they recruit Inarti, she's sparing with Vera. But when they recruit Peshaan, Inarti shows some hostility as she hasn't forgiven him for his bullying, which Peshaan understands.

And when they recruit Soch, he's just blown himself out of his lab after an invention goes haywire.

After hearing Abhib Tal's tale, the gang felt sorry for the man.

Leo: I'm so sorry for what happened to you.

Abhib: I thought Yoshi was killed by him as well, but now I hear he survived and gained pupils. Turtles at that.

The others had awkward looks on their faces which turned into sad looks.

Karai explains how she was taken by the Shredder when she was a baby and how she was raised to believe Splinter killed her mother.

Yod: Me. When I was ten years old, I was bullied a lot by this kid. My status as the Queen's grandson didn't matter to him. So one day, I was chased, when I found the hidden cave, and just hid in it. I thought I lost him, but he found me quickly. He had me cornered until Master Abhib came and defended me.

Abhib: I showed the boy my skills and scared him off. And then I expected young Yod to leave as well, even told him to. But, he kept asking me these questions.

Yod: When I was younger I wasn't as popular with the other kids. Vera was the only one I was close with, along with Aaserack when I found him as a baby bird. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. But when I saw Abhib, I wanted to learn to fight like him, mainly to show I'm not some weak crybaby.

Abhib: I refused at first, but he kept insisting. Finally, I gave in. I trained him the same way Yuuta trained me, but when we began, he had... troubles. But over time he improved, until he became the warrior he is now, and still couldn't be prouder.

Raph: From what we've seen, you were trained well.

Yod: Thanks. During my training, I handled a lot of stuff alone, but after Seattle, I realised that I couldn't do things alone. In other words, I needed a team.

Sunset: We're glad to fight with you, but we're only here temporarily.

Yod: I wasn't talking about you guys.

Just then April used her powers to stop something from behind her, which were arrows with sacks tied to the front.

Then a young tanned-skinned boy, around the same age as Yod, with black hair, wearing a blue T-shirt, brown pants, Blue glassed glasses and wrist guards, came in wielding a crossbow and arrows on his back. The boy then fired more arrows at the ground, which released smoke into the room, blinding the ninjas.

Rainbow: I can’t see a thing.

They then were attacked, but once they recovered, they fought back against their attackers. Once the smoke cleared, they were met with three other individuals around their age.

One was a black-skinned girl with short black hair, wearing a red dress with black leggings, and gold bracelets, and holding a metal spear. Another was a young muscled man with brown skin, and brown hair in a ponytail, wearing a yellow sleeveless top, blue pants, and fingerless gloves, holding a pair of twin maces. The last one was a teenage boy with brown skin, and brown hair, wearing a purple shirt with a black jacket, black pants and mechanical snake-like gauntlets on his wrists.

The three teens, along with the crowbow one gathered together and bowed to them.

Yod: Everyone, meet my team.

The four people stood together as Yod introduced them.

Yod: After watching footage of you guys on the Ice Fortress, I decided I needed a team of my own, so I recruited them. (Yod then put a hand on the one with the Crossbow.) This is Lakshy, the team's marksman.

Lakshy: I have a gift for hitting nearly impossible targets.

Lakshy held out looked into a hand mirror and pointed his crossbow behind him. He then fired it at a moving target, which the arrow hit dead centre.

Yod then moved on to the girl.

Yod: This is Inarti, our tracker, huntress and survivalist.

Intari: Greetings, giant turtles. I never thought I would say that before.

Yod moved onto the big muscled one.

Yod: This is Peshaan, the big muscle.

Peshaan: Greetings, new friends. (Peshaan bowed to them.)

Mikey: (Whispering) Whoa, the guy's pretty zen.

Yod moved on to the last one.

Yod: And finally, this is Soch. Our resident genius.

Donnie: Did you make those blasters yourself?

Soch: Yep, they blast light through these concentrated crystals inside the gauntlets, allowing them to create energy blasts.

While the ninjas were talking, they heard a few faint sounds, as if someone was trying, and failing, to sneak upon them.

A figure tried to sneak attack them, but Karai grabbed them and threw them to the ground. It was Princess Vera, wearing a training uniform.

Vera: You could hear me, huh?

Karai: Only a few grunts.

Yod: Which is an improvement.

Casey: Why is the crown princess trying to sneak up behind us?

Vera: Just practising on my stealth.

Yod: After the Ice Fortress incident, she asked me to train her.

Vera: At the time, not only were my family and I almost destroyed, but we nearly lost the kingdom. I'm meant to be the next queen soon, but how can I protect my country if I can't protect myself?

Yod: Okay, so from what we saw last night, Dushta Bisp has returned, looking for revenge.

Rainbow: He has a lot of nerve.

Unna: Indeed.

Yod: And not only that, he has his own army working with him. Most of them were wearing masks, except for these four individuals.

Images of all four of Dushta's unmasked partners appeared on the screen.

Chaara: Lucky for us, we know them well.

Unna: All four of them have commited crimes against our country.

Mikey: Who are they?

The projector focused on one of the individuals, who was a bit short and chubby.

Yod: First off, meet Advik. He was Dushta's personal assistant when he was still a Count, always helping him with his work.

Unna: He and Dushta have known each other since they were kids, but Dushta was always bossing the poor boy around, even in their adult years.

Chaara: Advik practically worships him, always willing to do what he says.

Deepak: After Dushta's men failed to kill us while you were in Seattle, Advik disappeared. No doubt fleeing to not be caught involved.

The projector turned to the next image, a woman with brown skin, hair in a bun and wearing makeup.

Vera: Former Lady Divya. She comes from the richest family in Reinkani, besides us.

Unna: She was a spoiled brat her whole life. She inherited everything and she still wanted more. Eventually, she was caught in a money laundering scheme where she was stealing more money from hard-working folks.

Raph: Ugh, a rich snob.

Rarity: Not the way of a true lady.

The projector moved onto a muscular-looking individual.

Yod: That is former Lieutenant Kaplen. He was a Lieutenant in the Reinkani Army until he was discharged for insubordination. Kept saying our Country should be better than others.

Peshaan: And he's a good-for-nothing narcissist!

The ninjas were shocked to see the usually zen Peshaan suddenly outburst like that.

Mikey: You okay, dude?

Peshaan: Sorry it's just... he's also my father.

Ninjas: Your father!?

Peshaan: Yeah, there wasn't exactly a lot of hugging for me growing up.

The projector moved onto the last person.

Well, he'll understand how she feels, cause his parents were too protective towards him and a little judgmental when it came to his personality.

While spying on her for Yod, he witnesses her showing the CMC, Melody, Sweetheart, and Mariana that she's been watching Yod train Vera and been practicing his combat. And is better than Vera in certain areas, one of them being stealth.

Lackshy also sees she's a natural at archery and teaches her, secretly training her to be resourceful and be able to hold her own.

During one of Dushta's attacks, Saundra is ordered by Vera to stay put under Lackshy protection, but he "conveniently" lets his guard down so a mercenary get's in and he orders the girls to run, subtly telling Saundra to use what she's learned. So when more mercenaries invade the palace, Saundra and the girls defeat them all Home Alone style.

Karai: Though we can't let them know we're looking for them.

Shinigami: If they caught wind of this, no doubt they'll try to fast forward their plans and they would move their hidden base to another location.

Here are some more facts about Reinkani...

It may resemble a middle Asian country, like Aladdin. Still, it also has some brilliant machinery and a great source of clean energy—the source of all that is the unique crystals found underneath the caverns of Reinkani, Kabistal.

Kabistal are crystals buried underneath Reinkani that hold great energy. In actuality, Kabistals are Kraang Power Cell crystals that have been on Earth for so many years. The Power cells have been corroded and changed due to the different atmospheres of Earth.

Kabistal were discovered by Khivr before his accident. He secretly studied them, but after he lost his legs, he shared his discovery with the Royal Family. This led to Khivr developing Kabistal as a way to create energy for Reinkani and use it for other things.

His Nephew, Soch, experimented with Kabistal and used it to create hover devices. Like Hoverboards for him and his team.

Kabistal is kind of based on Vibrainium from Black Panther.

Twilight: He mentioned that Granny Smith and Princess Celestia needed to be here. But he didn't tell me why.

Celestia: I'm sure Leonardo has a good reason for asking us to be here.

Blade: He never steered us wrong before.

After a few minutes of waiting, the door to the throne room opened, and Leo and Sunset, in their Pony forms, entered.

Twilight: Leo!

Twilight ran towards Leo and hugged him. Then she hugged Sunset. The others greeted them as well.

Applejack: So now that you're here, can you tell us what the hay is going on?

Luna: Yes, why do you request the summons of my sister and Granny Smith here?

Sunset: Well, we actually brought someone with us. Someone Princess Celestia and Granny Smith would know.

Entering the throne room was an elderly unicorn mare with a yellow coat and grey short mane. Her cutie mark was a Robin. The elderly mare got closer, and Celestia and Granny Smith instantly recognised her as she did.

Celestia & Granny Smith: Unna!?!

Unna: Princess Celestia, Annie Smith.

Both the Princess and Granny instantly ran up to Unna and hugged her. While that was happening, Twilight, Leo and the others were watching in awe at the reunion. Leo had his hand around Twilight while she had her wing around him. The Apple Family were all teared up at the sight of the reunion as Blade, Luna and Sunset all watched with love.

Celestia: I can't believe you're here.

Unna: We have a lot of catching up to do.

While She was in Equestria, Unna also met Blade Swipe's parents, and knew him when he was a foal, before his sister was born.
