Alicorn
has the power of All 3 pony races, and maybe more
they have the strength of an earth-pony, and are next in line for the throne.

Pegacorn. Have both wings and horn. Do not grow larger than average. Do not live longer than average. Lack characteristics of earth-ponies. Magic may be weaker than average due to being spread between two magical aspects. Wings are often regular pegasi wings.

Alicorn. Have both wings and horn. Can grow to be much bigger than other ponies. Can live much longer than other ponies. Have aspects of all three major tribes, including earth-ponies. Magic is stronger than average. Wings are larger and have more feathers than regular pegasi wings.

(Yeah, Twlight's wings are a different type than Rainbow's)
