Who is Cosmos ?

Cosmos is a long-lost brother of the Princesses who plans to steal magic, and is the original concept of Tempest. In the original concept, his goal was to steal the magic of the Princesses and use it through the Staff to summon the Storm King, that is originally a giant four-legged monster instead of a goofy-look primate with horns, in this script a powerful elemental monster that he would use to conquer Equestria. But it turns out the Storm King is too powerful for him to control and tries to destroy everything, forcing Cosmos to reform and help the ponies defeat it.
