What would the tv look like?

Maybe over time the tv can evolve to the tvs that we have today we some extra magic

I'm just saying like drama said it came out of no where do maybe it has evolving abilities

You know, come to think of it, we didn't go into a full description of what kind of T.V. Twilight Sparkle discovered during that trip in the woods. I wouldn't say its one of those really old T.V.s like the ones first introduced after the invention of the radio. I was thinking if it was anything like the kind of T.V.s I grew up with in the 90s, I imagined it looked almost something like the T.V. in the first picture. But who knows? Given time, depending on how long the series commences, eventually the T.V. will evolve. Perhaps big enough to hang on the walls of Twilight's castle.

Yeah you know I probably should have given more detail to that. I would assume it would be something like the second to last one

What about a crystal ball tv? They’re would’ve know a Tv, so maybe they familiarize the object that shows pictures and sounds.

Just a suggestion though.

Hmm... Yeah, that would make sense. Well, it's not too late to edit the chapter if you want to describe the T.V. It wouldn't be too much trouble.

Now that I started thinking about Super Mario Bros. I remember watching the movie starring our two favorite plumber heroes, Mario and Luigi. I hadn’t seen it again since I was a kid. Back then I didn’t recognize it was a Super Mario Bros. Movie because of how different the “goombas” look compared to the video games. Not to mention Bowser being “president” and a T-Rex, instead of a dragon.

I started watching it again a few weeks ago. I was surprised to learn that the guy who played as Eddie in Who Framed Roger Rabbit was Mario.

When I was younger, and when it was just Season 2 of MLP FiM, Rainbow Dash was my kind of pony. And whenever I watched some of Jackie Chan’s movie, or even Jet Li’s, I’d picture her fighting the bad guys alongside our favorite martial artists.

Phantom-Dragon
Group Admin

Speaking of Rainbow Dash, once Sonic the Hedgehog comes out next month, will it just be her, or the rest of the gangs join with her?

So is possible for the girls go in Sonic The Hedgehog the Movie ?
It will be amazing.

Dramamaster829
Group Admin

That's going to depend on the success of 'Sonic the Hedgehog' when it hits theaters? Beforehand, folks were already complaining about Sonic's original design for the movie and even the creator of 'Sonic' himself wasn't happy about the direction they went with this movie. As long as the movie is even still in theaters, it cannot be touched and thus, depending on how many people want to see the movie, it'll be difficult to know for sure if it's worth adding to the series. Which is a shame because beforehand, there was already fan work that had Sonic teaming with Rainbow Dash (The notable instance was when they had that chaotic race) which I'll admit was one of my favorite fan crossovers.

If the movie proves successful enough in the box office, with minimal negative critiques as possible, only then will the potential to feature the movie in the series be ever strong.

Ah yes one of the classic B-Movies that featured giant monsters rampaging through the city. I'll admit I've never heard of this movie but the idea of mankind's machinery and weapons bringing a terrifying beast from the past to attack the modern world has been done plenty of times before. Almost makes you wonder if this partly inspired the 'Gojira' movies or if this was borrowing from that movie's success. Well, whichever the case may be, it's no wonder movies like this continuing making an Easter Egg appearance in some movies. Course, I'd bet the only ones who'd really know this movie are the ones who grew up watching it.

If the ponies thought having to calm down a giant tortoise was tough, they've never encountered a creature quite like this. Least nothing too eerily similar.

This wasn't exactly a great movie in 2017, and after reading some reviews I can see why.

Though, the only redeeming quality this movie has is that it introduced me to the Tao Tei. One of the Four Fiends of China. In ancient folklores, the Tao Tei is a monster that represents greed and gluttony. It will eat anything, including itself, until it becomes nothing more than a head. That's why in most Chinese arts and crafts, only the face of the Tao Tei is drawn.

But in the movie, the Tao Tei are aliens that came to earth, in a meteor that struck somewhere in the northern mountains of China. Since then, every 60 years, the Tao Tei would attack the Great Wall, only to be repelled by the Nameless Order. They eat anything, alive or dead, and take the meats to their queen, who is able to reproduce with the nutritions they provide her. I'm not an expert on alien anatomy, so don't ask me how that works.

Now facing an evil queen like Chrysalis was bad enough, but just imagine a whole army with the savagery, the coordinations, and the appetite of a Tao Tei, with the potential of overwhelming even the Mane Six and friends. They'd be dead.

And personally, the choreography and the soundtracks aren't so bad.

And because of this movie, I've become such an enthusiast for more legends from my ancestral homeland and such. Now that the Tao Tei have become such a big hit in the creative cinematic, I'd best get back to researching on the other three Fiends of China.

Although, come to think of it, the Tao Tei symbolizes greed. I'd bet there's a lesson in there for either Spike, Gabby, and a certain SOME pony, Rarity.

While I'm on the subject of Asian legends brought to life in the cinematic industries, here we've got D Wars (Dragon Wars).

So in this movie, we have a protagonist who is a reincarnation of a Korean warrior who was tasked to protect this magical girl from the evil imugi dubbed, Buraki.

An imugi is basically a Korean serpent that has the magical potential of becoming a full-fledge celestial dragon that we see depicted in Asian artworks and then some.

In this movie, the evil Buraki was seeking a magical orb that was sent from the heaven, which was meant for his more benevolent, lighter, and graceful opposite, the unnamed light imugi. However, to keep the orb hidden and out of Buraki's grasp, the heaven bestowed the orb into a woman, whom the hero was supposed to protect. But when her entire army was overrun by Buraki's forces, the hero and the woman committed suicide by jumping off a cliff, so that Buraki can never get the orb, as well as the good imugi, denying both serpents an entry to the heavens.

Thousand years later, the Korean hero was reincarnated into the man named Ethan, and the woman was reincarnated into Sarah, so Buraki rises again to chase them both and finish what he had started centuries ago. Thus, the loud, flashy, gunshots, action-pack sceneries below:

Hmmm...another Asian-themed movie, featuring legends around a dragon. I'm sure Spike, Ember, Smolder, or even Garble, would like to have a trip in this cinematic adventure.

This is For the admins so I was thinking that somehow the television might not be what the main 6 and Spike thought it was i suggest that while there is something might be trying to get out but is far too weak to do so a past enemy of a evil entity I'm not sure but it could be that it chose a television has a makeshift portal unfortunately it ended up with twilight and it something was trying to get out and if it did get out of could mean the end of all worlds your thoughts

That does sound like a rather interesting theory. If there is someone trapped in that T.V., someone who used to have malicious intent, maybe it tried to use the T.V. as a means of getting around before finding a safe haven to assume its power. But then the ponies start coming in and the more times they start using it, the more delays it caused for the guy to go through and thus leaving him trapped in a state of limbo.

I wonder, if we ever get around to making a crossover story with:

That's going to depend on what Double E has in mind if and when it's decided to add some horror films into the line-up. But as stated, even with horror, there should at least be a slight chance that the protagonists gets the outcome they are hoping for. Even if the movie ends as such that a sequel is inevitably made to follow soon after.

Phantom-Dragon
Group Admin

So now that I gave the time to expand more on this fun idea, I think that upon entering this movie, Spike and the Mane Six all got separated, with Spike meeting the unicorn and together their quest to find the Mane Six and the other unicorns combines well together as the driving force of the story.

I can just see Spike and the unicorn like hitting it off with each other, and Spike very much self-appoints himself as the unicorn's companion, and it brought out the "Mushu" in him. Along the way, they'll find Pinkie Pie who will make a reference to Phoebe and her Unicorn. I've once read somewhere that The Last Unicorn is a big influence for the comic strips.

Dramamaster829
Group Admin

7121244
I actually started reading the 'Phoebe and Her Unicorn' strips on some website and it seems entertaining enough. If anything, I swear this should've been a television show instead of that 'My Pony' show that Nickelodeon is currently airing (Not crazy about the animation). Or if anything, I could easily see a film adaptation based on the strips depending on how they'd do the first movie. But anyways, I'm sure Spike would get along with the Unicorn (A.k.a. Lady Amalthea when she's a human) and it would be kind of sad when the Unicorn has to go back to the woods once the quest to find her kind is over.

Funny, back when I worked with my ex-writing partner on his crossover series, this was one of the stories we were going to work on and I actually prepared a few lines specifically near the ending.

Mind you this is a very rough draft, but hopefully you get the idea:

Spike: Amalthea! *Pause* Uh, I mean... 'Unicorn', um...

Rarity: Oh, we're so glad you're back!

Unicorn: You may call me 'Amalthea', if you wish. The name has grown on me.

Twilight: Oh yes, of course.

Rainbow: We kinda thought you left.

Unicorn: I 'was' leaving. But I felt it wouldn't be fair to depart without a proper farewell... and, so I came to 'thank you' for your help. *Turns to Spike* Especially to you, little one.

Spike: Heh, it was nothing really. Just merely being a #1 assistant, no biggie.

Unicorn: You did 'more' than just help, young Spike. You opened my eyes and made me realize that a dragon like you is capable of companionship, that you are noble and loyal when you need to be. That even dragons have a heart; I see it so clearly now. *Turns to Schmendrick* And you... you are a true wizard now, as you always wished. Does it make you happy?

Schmendrick: Well, men don't always know when they're happy, but I-I think so.

Twilight: What about you, Amalthea? Are you happy knowing that you've finally found the rest of your kind?

Unicorn: Yes, but... I am a little afraid to go home. I have been mortal, and some part of me is mortal yet. I am no longer like the others; for no unicorn was ever born who could regret. But now I do. I regret.

Applejack: I reckon yer still thinkin' about Lir, aren't ya?

Unicorn: *Pause* Yes... I do.

Fluttershy: Well, 'maybe' it doesn't have to be goodbye. You can still go to him, if you want to.

Pinkie: Yeah, you and that Lir guy were hitting it off nicely. You'd be a happy couple. Although, there is that one story that involves a village and a griffin and...

Rainbow: Pinkie!

Pinkie: *Pauses, smiles nervously* Well, other than that... Lir truly loves you for 'who' you are, not 'what' you are. The least you can do is 'talk' to him, what've you got to lose?

Unicorn: If only I could my dear, I would love to be by his side once more. But I can't stay away from my home forever and I'm afraid I couldn't try. Who would watch over the forest? And take care of the animals for me? Not a human. True, I have discovered there are good people beyond the wood but 'man' would still want to shape the world in their own image and not the way it was meant to be. That's why I have to go back; so that the animals can live free while they still can.

Fluttershy: Oh, I see. *Nods* We understand.

Twilight: Still... kind of makes me wish we didn't turn you human to begin with.

Spike: What do you mean, Twilight?

Twilight: If we had just turned her back, when she wanted us to... maybe, she wouldn't have anything to be 'sad' about.

Schmendrick: *To Unicorn* I am sorry, I have done you evil and I cannot undo it.

Applejack: We're very sorry.

Unicorn: No. Unicorns are in the world again. No sorrow will live in me as long as that joy - Save one, and I thank you for that part too. All of you.

Spike: And I thank you. If I hadn't met you back there and you hadn't have helped me, I probably would never have seen my family again.

Twilight: Yes, thank you very much, Amalthea. *Hugs Spike*

Unicorn: *Nods* Farewell, my friends. I will try to go home.

Rarity: Of course, darling. I suppose we ought to be going home... too...

*It's quiet amongst the group and bittersweet knowing this is truly goodbye. As the sun starts to rise over the horizon, Spike and the others had just turned to rejoin Molly Grue when Spike stops. He quickly turns just as the Unicorn is ready to depart.*

Spike: WAIT!

*The Unicorn doesn't leave nor answer right away. But she stares toward Spike, her glimmering eyes speaking for her.*

Spike: Look... I know it's asking much. But since this will be the last time we'll see each other, I was wondering... if maybe, I could... *Shakes his head* Never mind, forget it. It's stupid.

*Spike turns away when he feels a shadow loom over him. Spike looks up till he's eye to eye with the Unicorn. Then she nods her head, as if understanding what he meant.*

Unicorn: Just this once...

*Spike, with awe in his eyes, turns toward Twilight and the others. Twilight turns to her friends, who all nod despite Spike already having a certain means, and even Schmendrick nods. Understanding, Twilight turns to Spike with a warm smile.*

Twilight: Just this once.

*Spike smiles as he hops onto Amalthea's back, steadying himself as the other ponies rush in to join the Unicorn. As Molly Grue awakens, she and Schmendrick turn as the Unicorn reels on her hind legs, Spike hanging on, and she, along with the ponies, bid farewell to their human friends before they escort the Unicorn back home. Molly and Schmendrick look on silently, smiling proudly, as their friends disappear over the horizon as 'I'm Alive' plays in the background.*

"Amalthea!" Spike shouted, realizing. "Uh, I mean... 'Unicorn', um..."

"Oh, we're so glad you're back!" Rarity cried, happily.

"You may call me 'Amalthea', if you wish," Amalthea assured. "The name has grown on me."

"Oh yes, of course," Twilight nodded.

"We thought you left," Rainbow assumed.

“I ‘was’ leaving,” Amalthea explained. “But I felt it wouldn’t be fair to depart without a proper farewell… so I came to ‘thank you’ for your help.”

Amalthea turned her head toward Spike, with a light smile.

“Especially to you, Spike.”

“Heh, it was nothing really,” Spike chuckled. “Just merely being a #1 assistant, no biggie.”

“You did ‘more’ than just help. You opened my eyes and made me realize that a dragon like you is capable of companionship. That you are noble and loyal when you need to be. That even dragons have a heart; I see it so clearly now.”

Amalthea then acknowledged Schmendrick, who stood quietly in almost silent awe.

“And you… you are a true wizard now, as you always wished. Does it make you happy?”

“Well, men don’t always know when they’re happy,” Schmendrick shrugged. “But I-I think so.”

“What about you, Amalthea?” Twilight asked. “Are you happy knowing you’ve finally found the rest of your kind?”

“Yes, but… I am a little afraid to go home,” Amalthea admitted. “I have been mortal, and some part of me is mortal yet. I am no longer like the others; for no unicorn was ever born who could regret. But now I do. I regret.”

“I reckon yer still thinkin’ about Lir, aren’t ya?” Applejack asked.

“Yes…” Amalthea nodded, slowly. “I do.”

“’Maybe’ it doesn’t have to be goodbye,” Fluttershy spoke up. “You can still go to him, if you want to.”

“Yeah!” Pinkie agreed. “You and that Lir guy were hitting it off nicely. You’d be a happy couple. Although, there is that one story that involves a village and a griffin and…”

“Pinkie!” Rainbow interrupted.

Pinkie stopped in her tracks, realizing she’s rambling again. She smiled toward the others nervously, with a light chuckle.

“Well, other than that… Lir truly loves you for ‘who’ you are, not ‘what’ you are. Just say the word, and we can bring you two together again.”

A sigh escaped Amalthea’s lips, no other answer came for a moment or two. As if she were considering the option for a moment, reflecting over the brief time she had with the young prince, who in some way saved her life as she saved his. But there was no denying the truth, the severity of the situation.

“If only I could my dear,” Amalthea spoke, breaking the silence. “I would love to be by his side once more, but… I can’t stay away from my home forever and I’m afraid I couldn’t try. Who would watch over the forest? And take care of the animals for me? Not a human. True, I have discovered there are good people beyond the wood. But ‘man’ would still want to shape the world in their own image and not the way it was meant to be. That’s why I have to go back; so the animals can live free while they still can.”

“Oh, I see,” Fluttershy nodded. “We understand.”

“Still…” Twilight spoke, shaking her head. “Kind of makes me wish we didn’t turn you human to begin with.”

“What do you mean, Twilight?” Spike asked curiously.

“Maybe… if we had just turned her back, when she wanted us to… she wouldn’t have anything to be ‘sad’ about.”

“I am sorry, I have done you evil and I cannot undo it,” Schmendrick spoke, regretfully.

“We’re very sorry,” Applejack added, tipping her hat.

“No,” Amalthea shook her head. “Unicorns are in the world again. No sorrow will live in me as long as that joy – save one, and I thank you for that part too. All of you.”

“And I thank you,” Spike smiled. “If I hadn’t met you back there in the woods and you hadn’t helped me, I probably would never have seen my family again.”

“Yes, thank you very much, Amalthea,” Twilight thanked, hugging spike. “Thank you.”

The unicorn Amalthea nodded her head towards her newfound friends, smiling proudly as they in turn looked upon her with tearful eyes.

“Farewell, my friends. I will try to go home.”

“Of course, darling,” Rarity nodded. “I suppose we ought to be going home… too…”

It was quiet amongst the group, a bittersweet moment for the entire group. Knowing as of this moment, that this would truly be goodbye for them unto the most majestic creature they ever met. As the sun ascended over the horizon, Spike and the others turned around to rejoin Molly Grue who remained sound asleep. But after a few steps… Spike paused and quickly turned just as the Unicorn was ready to depart.

“WAIT!” Spike shouted, holding out a claw.

The Unicorn didn’t leave, nor answered right away. But she slightly turned, her eyes staring toward Spike. The glimmer within her gaze spoke for her.

“Look…” Spike began, scratching the back of his neck. “I know it’s asking much. But since this will be the last time we’ll see each other, we were wondering… well, ‘I’ was wondering… if maybe… just this once… I could…”

Spike tried to put together a set of words for what he longed to say, fumbling over his sentences as the Unicorn just looked at him quietly. But eventually, Spike shook his head as if discarding whatever he had in mind.

“Never mind, forget it. It’s stupid.”

Spike turned away, slightly embarrassed over what he initially meant to say. But then, he felt as though a presence stood over him and he turned his head back. Before the teenage dragon, he found himself eye-to-eye with the Unicorn herself. At first, she just looked at him with those eyes as if studying the nervous dragon carefully. Then, she nodded her head, as if understanding just what he meant to say.

“Just this once…” The Unicorn spoke, softly.

His eyes growing with awe, Spike turned toward Twilight and the others. Twilight, in turn, motioned toward her friends, who all nodded in unison (Even Schmendrick). Despite Spike already having a certain ‘means’, Twilight understood the gesture. She looked back toward Spike, offering the teenage dragon the warmest smile.

Just this once…”

Spike smiled toward Twilight, before hopping onto Amalthea’s back. As he steadied himself, the other ponies rushed in to join the Unicorn by her side. While Molly Grue woke up, she and Schmendrick turned their heads as the Unicorn brayed and reeled on her hind legs, while Spike held on by her mane. Then Twilight, along with her friends, silently bid farewell to their human friends before they proceeded to escort the Unicorn back home. Molly and Schmendrick looked on, smiling proudly, watching their friends disappear over the horizon as ‘I’m Alive’ played in the background.

I know right? It's not 'really' a traditional Happy Ending in the sense. Sure, The Unicorn finds and saves her entire race, the Red Bull is driven away, the evil King Haggard is killed, and prosperity eventually returns. But she and her Prince Charming don't get together. He alone must rule the entire kingdom and atone for Haggard's cruelty, whereas The Unicorn returns to her home in the forest.

That is IF we get to including this movie into the series.

The Last Unicorn

Where and when to find the rest of the Mane Six?

  1. Pinkie Pie – They'll find her at the most random time and place possible, because of her cartoon antics.
  2. Fluttershy – I'm thinking the heroes will find her at Mommy Fortuna's festival? At least there, she'll serve as the vet to some of the animals that the witch had "changed" into magical creatures.
  3. Applejack – She'll probably be at the outlaw's campsite, helping Molly Grue with the "food?"
  4. Rainbow Dash – ???
  5. Rarity – ???
  6. Twilight – ???

I'm not sure if 'all' the ponies have to be in separate locations, but I can see why most of them would fit in certain scenes. Maybe Spike is the major character who gets separated and the next time he sees all his friends is when they happen to be at Mommy Fortuna's Traveling Fair. This way they can all travel to King Haggard's and find the Red Bull together.

The Last Unicorn

Crazy attack taking a breather. I just realized we didn’t take into the account of any supposed “guest-stars.” And speaking of whom, I wonder how the Unicorn would react with Tempest Shadow a.k.a Fizzlepop Berrytwist?

And while we’re on that question, how would Fizzie react to the Red Bull? Would it still chase her, or be less interested in her because of her missing horn?

You know... I actually never thought about 'guest stars' for that story (But then I usually don't think about those things). Still... Tempest Shadow a.k.a. Fizzlepop Berrytwist as a guest star? I will admit the idea has merit. Though that is an interesting point:

Even though she 'is' a unicorn, she lost her horn after an encounter with that big Ursa and so we have to wonder if the Red Bull would not know Tempest is a unicorn. True, at least half of her horn still remains but just as well the beast could assume Tempest is practically useless without her horn. Plus, if Twilight and the others are to be turned human (Minus Spike, since he never gets a human form) how would Tempest look as a human? I'm sure there are tons of fan art for her in that form, the question is: Which one is most likely to represent Tempest Shadow?
