If this is to be the start of how he does his journals, whether it starts from when they initially met in 'Pinocchio' or their first adventure together in 'Fantasia', I think they would be pretty fun. There's no need to put in some form of deadline or anything. When an article is ready, we're all going to know it. Now I am a 'shitty' artist, so there's no way I can be able to 'make' any art. But I know there are plenty of people on here who are slightly better at that technique Sunset did to frame Twilight and try to kick her out of that prom thing... only those people I'm thinking of are slightly better. Heck, there are 'great' artists on Deviantart who 'could' make the art for what you have in mind... but they're not likely going to do it for free. Pricing might be a bit of an issue.

Twilight Sparkle
First appearance: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - Friendship is Magic, Part 1

A smart female alicorn pony who learns more about friendship each day.

Originally a unicorn, Twilight is tutored by Princess Celestia herself to learn about the importance of making friends. What better place to teach than in Ponyville. There, she met five ponies who each possess a unique aspect related to friendship.

When Nightmare Moon returned to bring everlasting night in Equestria, Twilight and the five ponies defeated her with the Elements of Harmony and a powerful bond was formed between the six. Over the years, they learned more from each other and went on different adventures. Then one day, she gained wings after completing an unfinished spell by her idol Star Swirl the Bearded and became the land's fourth alicorn: the Princess of Friendship.

She loves to spend the day reading and studying, but none more than spending time with her beloved friends who always keep her head cool whenever she's overreacting or 'twilighting' as they secretly called it. Her magical abilities are extraordinary.

Recently, she and her friends discovered a mysterious book that led them to extraordinary places they never thought possible.

She represents the element of magic after realizing how important and powerful friendship truly is.

Upon entering the strange book, Twilight and her friends end up in a place that's unfamiliar to them where they met a young princess named Snow White with whom Fluttershy shares a special bond with.

After introducing each other and befriending the girl, a prince arrived at the castle and fell immediately in love with Snow White. He sang a song to win her heart with success before leaving to his own kingdom.

Snow White invited the group to hang out near the edge of the forest with a huntsman named Humbert who was planning to kill her on the spot. Not able to find it in his heart to harm her or the Equestrians, they all learned that it was her stepmother, the Evil Queen, who wanted both Snow White and the new arrivals dead out of jealousy for their beauty.

With no other choice but to flee into the dark woods, they came across a bunch of animals who took them deep into the forest where a cottage was located.

None of them knew it was actually home to seven dwarfs who later in the evening returned from a day of working in the mine. They were surprised to see the princess and the strange ponies and, despite Grumpy's complaints, were allowed to stay.

After a night of joy and laughter, Twilight and her friends decided to help the dwarfs in the mine while Fluttershy stayed behind with her new human friend. But an old peddler woman appeared at the cottage who offered Snow White an apple that was actually poisoned.

With a warning from the woodland critters, the ponies came to realize the woman was the Queen in disguise. They chased and fought the old hag atop a mountain before she fell down to her doom.

Once they returned to the cottage, they were already too late. Snow White had taken a bite from the apple, falling into a sleep-like death.

Saddened by this loss, they put her in a glass coffin in the middle of the forest, refusing to leave her side. It wasn't until their friend Starlight Glimmer and Prince Florian, who recently freed her from the Queen's dungeon, appeared that the princess had awoken by True Love's Kiss. Twilight and the others had never been so happy as the prince took Snow White to his castle to live happily ever after, just like she wished.

After that, the ponies bid goodbye to the dwarfs, promising to visit them again one day before returning back to Equestria and tell the story.

She and four other ponies formed their friendship with Twilight after saving Equestria from Nightmare Moon.

Her name speaks for itself, she's very shy, quiet and easily frightened. Luckily, her friends are there to give her the courage to be brave now and then. She has the special talent to communicate with animals, both big and small, and even takes care of them in her cottage near the Everfree Forest.

Her newest adventure is one Fluttershy never expected.

She represents the element of kindness after calming down a manticore.

Adagio Dazzle

One of three sirens that wreaked havoc in Equestria many ages ago.

The leader, Adagio, is the most clever of the three. Scheming, manipulative, power-hungry and only concerned about being adored by others. She's also dangerously cunning and patient. Always prepared to get what she wants and relish in the misery of her victims. Next to that, her mesmerizing voice and stunning beauty makes the most determined of suitors fall to their knees.

Adagio and her fellow sirens use their musical powers to spread quarrels and disagreements and feed off the negative emotions of other beings and creatures to become even stronger and maintain their control over them. That was until Star Swirl and the Pillars of Old Equestria banished them to an alternate world where they remained ever since. But after many years, they slowly regained their former strength and tried to take over Canterlot High School during a Battle of the Bands, only to be beaten again by Twilight and her friends' human counterparts.

Long after that, they finally managed to get back to Equestria to cause trouble again until they found the Book of Disney that send them to Pranksters Paradise where they joined forces with the Coachman and got swallowed by Monstro the Whale where they tried to use Pinocchio to trap the Blue Fairy.

The Blue Fairy has named me Pinocchio's official conscience to keep him on the straight and narrow, learning right from wrong.

Since I met Twilight and her friends, my life took a whole different direction.

Grumpy

One of seven dwarfs who live in a cottage deep in the woods.

At first, Grumpy had nothing pleasant to say about neither Snow White nor the ponies, but the princess' kindness warmed his heart over time.

Grumpy is suspicious of everything, doesn't accept change, is slow to trust anyone and always wears a look of displeasure.

Despite all that, he has a heart of pure gold and, in the end, showed his love and respect to both Snow White and his new friends, especially to Rainbow Dash.

Happy

Happy's constant smiles are a comfort to all around him. He also loves to sing and dance. No wonder Pinkie likes to hang out with him.

No doubt of all the Sirens, Adagio really wants revenge the most following the events of that one Equestria Girls feature. Just as it seemed the Dazzlings were deciding to move on, spending their days as a traveling performance trio living in a van, turns out the need for Adagio to seek payback on the girls (Mostly Twilight Sparkle) weighs heavily on her mind. She's like a female version of Javert, she will never rest until Twilight Sparkle specifically is destroyed.

Just when we consider that this guy is as straightforward as they come: Often grumpy and completely paranoid, turns out he does have a soft side. It's no wonder that out of all the dwarves, Snow White worked so hard just to earn this dwarf's respect that if it weren't for the fact she was destined to seek the Prince's true love kiss it would be no wonder why fans sometimes ship Snow White with Grumpy.

Definitely one of the favorites in terms of who fans like amongst the dwarves. His positivity level is so high that one would call it contagious.

Equestria

This beautiful land sure looks like something straight out of a fairy tale. It has sparkling cities, icy mountains, deserts, forest and oceans.

Nearly similar to Earth, but with no humans as far as I know, it's inhabitated by three types of ponies: the winged Pegasi, the horned Unicorns and the swift Earth ponies. The fourth kind, the Alicorns, are the rulers. Equines aren't the only ones who live here, there are other creatures that have their own kingdom in this world: Dragons, griffons, yaks, hippogriffs, changelings, kirins and many others with whom they're trying to have a better bond with.

Many of the residents, mostly the ponies, rely on the power of friendship. But apparently, things haven't always been this great. A long time ago, the three types of ponies didn't trust or like each other. Each of the tribes tried to provide for the other while demanding something in return. Little by little, their hate for each other grew. One fateful day, a mysterious blizzard slowly turned the land into a cold and desolate wasteland. The tribes had to look for a new home and it didn't get better. It was then they found out that the blizzard was caused by Windigos - winter spirits that feed off hatred and strife - and that the only way to save their kind was to work together. The more they spend time with each other, the more they realised they weren't that different from each other. As more love grew in their hearts, the Windigos were forced to disappear. They named the new kingdom 'Equestria' and peace and happiness remained ever since.

That same day is celebrated on Hearth's Warming Eve which is kinda like Christmas for ponies.

A beautiful landscape indeed. Course, it entirely 'changed' following the events of G5... but that's a subject for another time. True, there are no humans at all in that land... but then we remind ourselves that 'even' if humans could enter this land the magic surrounding the landscape would merely turn them into ponies themselves. And their animal companions could end up turning into just about any form of creature.

Aria Blaze

Aria is as cold and manipulative as Adagio and nearly as smart, but her rude remarks and disrespectful attitude often puts her into conflict with her. She also bickers a lot with Sonata about trivial matters. But no matter where they go, she always joins along. Her singing voice matches perfectly with her fellow sirens, especially when there are always people to control and powerful magic to find.

Their recent cooperation with the Coachman to gather stupid boys and being swallowed by Monstro was quite the unexpected experience for her.

Sonata Dusk

Sonata is the youngest of the three and not exactly the brightest bulb in the tree. Being both air-headed, distracted and carefree makes her less threatening and even gives both Adagio and Aria headaches. But don't let her appearance or child-like nature fool you, she can act just as cruel as her fellow sirens. She often bickers with Aria about trivial matters.

What she loves even more besides singing and feeding on negative emotions is eating tacos.

Cooperating with the Coachman and being swallowed by Monstro was an experience she'll never forget soon enough while dreaming of opening a taco shop with the gold she earned.

She's definitely as tough as they come. And comes across as that typical teen with the bad attitude, but still goes along with the plans because she hardly has anything better to offer. Still, let it not be said that when she 'really' gets into a fight she holds nothing back.

In the case of Sonata, there's no wonder why she's considered the crowd favorite amongst the Sirens. The way she acts you'd almost forget that she's a member of the villainous trio, yet some fans can't help but feel sorry for her plight. As if out of 'all' the Sirens, Sonata could easily be the most redeemed because she seems to be more of the nice girl constantly put down by her friends? Sisters? That part is debatable. But whichever the case... least she has good taste in food. Just don't go to Taco Bell.

A Unicorn pony with a taste for the finer things in life and one of Twilight's best friends.

Creative, stylish, caring and dazzling. Those are the words that describe her perfectly. An absolute gem. When it comes to fashion, she always knows what clothes fits a pony. Even if they're beings who don't usually wear them on a daily basis.

She can be overdramatic and fussy when it comes to matters that disgust her, but she always sees the beauty in things. Her magic usually involves making her outfits and finding gems, but it can do a bit more than that in battle despite the fact that she can also handle herself without.

She uses her own beauty and charm when it comes to helping herself and her friends a lot and her gifts always come from the heart. This all drew the attention of a certain little dragon.

She dreams of joining the high class society in Canterlot and creating new designs in her Carousel Boutique keeps her busy a lot, but she always makes time to have fun with her friends and knows, time and time again, that her true place is with them.

Rarity joins her friends on their newest adventures to behold the beauty of other worlds.

She represents the element of generosity after offering her tail as a new mustache to a sea serpent.

A second-rate con-artist fox.

He and his partner, Gideon the cat, are always on the alert for a tricky scam. Living by their wits, they are able to trick the most foolish, gullible and innocent people. Most of their schemes are mostly on a smaller scale, but they're no strangers to more darker actions either or, at least, show that they're capable when money's involved.

Being persuasive and fast-talking, Honest John is always quick to see an opportunity to further his own fortunes at the expense of someone else. He's so sly and clever that he convinced both Apple Bloom, Tender Taps and, mostly, Pinocchio into leaving the path of righteousness...twice: First by selling them to Stromboli and later again by taking them to Pleasure Island when working for the Coachman.

In the end, Twilight and her friends captured the two conmen and left them for the law to give them a new life behind bars.

Compared to his partner, Gideon is dim, silly and never speaks. During their schemes, he usually makes petty thefts and pickpocketing. When something doesn't go according to plan, the cat quickly reacts with violence by using his mallet. But John is always quick to stop him, preferring a more human approach to trick his victims.

Twilight and her friends managed to capture the two conmen and left them for the law to give them a new life behind bars.
