Yank philanthropist Micheal Bloomberg is forming a coalition of business, cities and states to defy Trump's environmental policies, and meet the goals set by the Paris Agreement.

"Americans will honor and fulfill the Paris Agreement by leading from the bottom up — and there isn't anything Washington can do to stop us," Bloomberg said in a press release.
