Made a minor change to the rules. That if your story has at an 85% approval, then it won't be considered. It went from 95% to 85%. Reason being, this group is primarily a place to help stories that actually need it. And stories that are popular are less pressing that stories who might not be doing so well. Might lower it to 80% someday.

The story "My Wings Will Keep You Safe" violated this rule, but it's a bit rude to suddenly change the rules and throw out the person next in line, so I made an exception.
