So in Gobots, there's a distinct voice effect added for Guardians and Renegades. Guardians have more of an echo-y effect, while the Renegades just have that monotonous menacing tone to their voices. Its a bit hard to explain how, but here's a clip.

So yeah, there's a distinct difference between evil and good here. My question is, is anyone knowledgable on replicating the Guardian's voice effect? In Audacity, perhaps?
