We all remember GINO (Godzilla in Name Only) from the 1990s. That monster was not Godzilla. Godzilla Minus One is the real deal:

Toho decioded to make a new terrifying GodzillaMovie. It rrealized that people in RubberCostumes, although necessary in 1954, would look bad compared to other Kaiju in 2023. ¿Did Toho create a totally new monster? ¡No! Toho imagines a survivor of a GodzillaAttack creating a costume for milling a reenactment of the real Kaiju really attacking Japan. Working backwards from that costume, the EffectsArtists of Toho deduced the form of the original Kaiju, based on the TohoMovies of the 1960s because those movies were in color and they wanted to get the color of Godzilla perfect. The result is impressive:

This new Godzilla is the monster upon which the hypothetical CostumeDesigners based the classic Godzilla. Thjis is a real GodzillaMovie. I highly recommend it. Unlike the garbage Disney calls sequels to Star Wars, with nothing but contempt of Star Wars,, Godzilla Minus One respects Godzilla.
