Here's an idea up for grabs:

Title: Two Crazy Dreams.

Plot: It focuses on two different ponies. A Pegasus stallion named Trigger Mind and a Unicorn mare named Vivid Dream (Vivi for short). Trigger is a young stallion who just got released from a mental institute and is moving to Ponyville. The reason he was there in the first place was due to a traumatic event that led to the deaths of his mother, father, and little sister. He can't remember what happened that day, due to the amount of meds he's taken, but remembers enough as to why he ended up there. He moves to Ponyville in order to have a clean start and make new friends. There, he meets the mane 6 and befriends them. He's been having nightmares about the day of the incident and is starting to slowly break down and develop a case of depression. And so it's up to the mane 6 to cheer him up. Seems typical enough right? It is, until some random and quite terrible events have been happening in Ponyville.

Vivid Dream, a unicorn mare who's been traveling to different places to Equestria and decides to live in Ponyville in the shadows. There, she decides to "befriend" some of the ponies. Pretty soon, different rumors and stories have been spreading throughout the town and is throwing everything into complete chaos. All while Vivid Dream is watching happily on the sidelines. She gets her pleasure by acting like a gigantic troll to everpony she meets. She promises to keep a secret, but tells the whole town. Promises to help out another friend, but doesn't help them at all. She takes everponys trust and throws it out the window and does the thing they don't want her to do. She just loves watching the ponies reactions and considers herself a follower of Discord. In fact, she wants to become the next Discord, to create enough chaos until a new harmony is built on top of it. She has a sick sense of balance and loves spreading her anarchy.

Now, it's up to Trigger Mind and his new friends to locate this Vivid Dream and put a stop to her schemes before she puts the whole town into bedlam. It might even be a battle of wit rather than with brute force.
